A family has been torn apart and their families have been devastated.We know not how what or why these things happen,As tragic and heartbreaking as it is Who are we to judge?..And while you are all coming up with some pretty harsh comments concerning the childs parents,have a thought for their parents and other family members and what they are going thru…They never dreamed this would or could happen to them…It so easily could have been YOUR family…

I feel weary from all these horrible stories.

Such a tragic case. Poor child. I hope the parents get what they deserve.

hARMING BABIES AND CHILDREN IN THIS CASE DEATH IS WHAT i WOULD CLASS AS MURDER,WITH ALL OTHER ITEMS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT MALUTRTITION AND EARLIER INJURIES SHOULD BE CLASSED AS PREMEDITATED. i FEEL THAT THE LAW IS TOO LENIENT IN SOME ASPECTS OF IT’S DURISTRICTION AND LAWS SHOULD FIT THE CRIME. uPSET AND APPALLE THAT THIS AND OTHER OFFENCES AGAINST CHILDREN ARE NOT SEEN,REPORTED OR ATTENDED TO PRIOR TO DEATH BEING THE ULTIMATE ENDING TO A TRAGIC AND APPALLING STORY THAT IS TRUE

I’m glad he was denied bail – hopefully he is found guilty and sentenced accordingly. It is awful hearing such horrific stories of abuse / neglect particularly to young babies who can’t self protect

So sad. I can’t even understand people this horrible!

Old rib fractures means the baby was classed as a newborn when they occured.
Both parents should have been refused bail. I hope the woman is at least on home detention. If there is any other children they should be removed immediately. How could anybody to that to a tiny innocent baby. If the excuse is that the baby wasn’t feeding properly you seek help.

What a sad story!

Complete monsters. To inflict injuries on your own child to the extent they lose their life!! Can’t even comprehend this 🙁
