Hello!

Giant Peanut Butter Cups are the addictive, simple and kinda healthy snack trend that have captured our hearts!

With just four ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, you can whip up a moreish batch of Giant Peanut Butter Cups in just minutes.

If you’re already a fan of the Table Of Plenty Mini Rice Snacks, these are just as delicious, with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups twist.

Take a look at the recipe from gorgeous vegan foodie Liz Douglas:

Giant Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

  • Plain rice cakes
  • Smooth peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate
  • Sea salt flakes

  1. Spread the peanut butter onto rice cakes.
  2. Freeze to firm up the peanut butter.
  3. Top with melted, dark chocolate and sea salt flakes and refrigerate to set the chocolate.

Now, if you want to level up your Giant Peanut Butter Cup, turn them into Giant Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups by just adding a layer of strawberries between the peanut butter and chocolate.

  • We have made these and can confirm they are a delight! Mr 3.5 helped but I do recommend being light handed with the chocolate as if it’s too thick these can be a little rich. The sprinkle of salt makes it ????????
