First there was the Baked Feta Pasta Recipe that triggered a feta shortage, and now there’s a new viral pasta recipe that’s taking social media by storm – Grape, Pasta And Cheese Pasta. Are you game to try it?

I’ll be the first to admit, I love an easy, throw-together recipes that requires little washing up. And I don’t think I’m alone, which is why the Baked Feta Recipe was such a winner. Oh, and it tastes amazing!

But the jury is still out on the latest throw-together dish, Grape and Brie Pasta. This dish is a twist on the original baked feta pasta, but includes a couple of gnarly ingredients. TikTokers, The Shaba Kitchen, shared the recipe – which includes throwing grapes, walnuts and wheels of brie together to make a unique pasta sauce.

Here’s a look at the ingredients:

  • 1x Bag Grapes
  • 2x Wheels of Brie Cheese
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 3 Cups of Pasta
  • Handful of Parmesan

The grapes, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper and put into a baking dish and baked for 25 minutes. The baked grapes and brie are then topped with honey and thyme and mixed. Then the pasta is added, topped with parmesan and baked again for a couple of minutes.

Here’s a look at how it’s made:

Judging by the comments, people aren’t quite sure what to make of this recipe. Is it satire, or is a genuine dish?

“I’m actually nauseous from the thought of biting into a hot grape,” commented Nathan.

“Maybe the recipe meant grape tomatoes??” added Zoe.

So far the recipe has had more than three million views – but we’re not sure if anyone else has actually tried it.
