Everyone loves their pie maker, right? Well, move over pie maker because there’s a new whizz-bang appliance in town and it’s ready to show everyone up.

Launching today Aldi is releasing a modern, colourful collection of kitchen pieces that Aldi fans are already frothing over. The collection is filled with pieces in four different colour ways of yellow, aqua, white and grey, and will compliment many kitchen styles. And they’re also releasing a Multi-cooker. Check it out.

The item that we’re probably most excited about may just give our much-loved pie maker a well-deserved break; The Multi Snack maker. Make donuts, little biscuits, waffles or even toasted sandwiches. Is there anything it can’t do? While it doesn’t come in the beautiful pastel colours of the rest of the collection, we’re smitten just the same. It retails for $39.99 and is available now.

The rest of the simple on trend collection of toast holders, butter container, egg cups, sugar dishes and milk jugs are only $4.99 each. With their simple matte finish design, we predict they’ll be gracing Instagram photos from this weekend. Will I ever use a toast holder? I’m not sure either, but I want one.

If you’re into being organised, then you’ll love this tea bag sorter. You could also use it for stashing chocolates or lollies in your home office away from the kids. Just saying.

We’re loving the grab-n-go cups, so you can make up a fruit salad and yoghurt, and head out, or hand to the kids while you make a few phone calls. The Joie collection is BPA-free and will also sell for $4.99.

Dinner is about to be a whole lot more colourful and fun too, with these 4 piece dinner sets for $9.99. Each set includes a dinner plate, side plate, bowl and mug. You can mix and match colours to make a set, or stick to one colour and stay with a theme.

Cook toast in colourful style too, with the new range of pastel toasters being released this week. Available in yellow, aqua and grey, and selling for $59.99 each. They have dual controls and anti-jam functionality.

Curried egg anyone? Big families will love the multi-egg cooker, where you can boil poach or steam eggs with an easy one touch operation. I know I can never manage to boil an egg properly (so simple, yet so hard, right?) so having something to do it for me? Bliss! The 14 egg cooker will be available for $19.99.

Has anything caught your eye? Will you be adding anything to your kitchen?

  • I like the multi-egg cooker and the teabag container. I won’t be purchasing any of them though because I live over 500km from the nearest Aldi store. At least I am saving money by not being able to buy them and that’s a big win for me

  • The toaster has definitely caught my eye and the aqua colour is very nice.
The other stuff is bit gimiche’

  • I don’t mind the colours, i like the multi-use pie maker machine.

  • I don’t like the colors to be honest

  • Think I’ll pass on buying any of these gadgets – they really aren’t needed and do take up valuable space.

    • The toasters and kettles are pretty practical though :)

      • Only if the ones you have are no longer working, lol

  • Haven’t seen the multi cooker in my local Aldi …..

  • So far I’ve been to two different Aldi stores but neither had the Multi-Cooker. I’m hoping they’re been delayed and will arrive with Saturday’s specials.

  • I got one recently from kmart that is similiar to that one, though the aldi one looks slightly bigger

  • WOW! is all I can say re the multi appliance cooker. Just when I think I don’t need another appliance, and this one… well, I can’t decide.

  • Love the idea of a multi cooker appliance- much better idea.

  • I bought a pie maker from kmart and opened the box and it was broken, they had no more in stock. This looks so much better! I need to get into aldi asap to get one

  • I seriously need to start shopping at Aldi more

  • Handy and great looking appliances but I don’t need any !

  • The concept is good, but Id probably only use a few of the plates.

  • I rather like the egg boiler, but I don’t know that I could say that I NEED it.
