Therefore, keep yourself covered properly and stay SPF protected from the sun rays.

Sweat it out

Eating right and taking care of it will be as effective when your body sweats properly. Exercising will help you in striking a good balance in a fast paced lifestyle.

Exercising is always good for your body. It keeps you active, fit, and allows proper secretion of hormones. This will eventually help in secretion of good and happy hormones and that will let your skin glow!


Cleanse – You need to cleanse your face twice a day, it will remove dead skin, oil and makeup residues. The step involves your makeup removal and exfoliation, ladies, never sleep with your makeup on. It will do a lot of harm, always take your makeup off, if you like putting it on you should make it a habit of taking it off.

Toning – Toning gives your skin a lift, it reduces your pore size and gets rid of your dead skin cells. It is necessary to remove your dead skin, which makes your skin dull and is a cause of your acne related issues.

Moisturise – While cleansing and toning, it eliminates the moisture and dead skin from your skin, the skin now needs nourishment and hence a good rich moisturiser is what is needed. Moisturising your skin regularly results in a healthy glow and supple and hydrated skin.

Weather & climate

The climate will change and it will affect your skin. In winters, summers or rainy days you need to put that extra effort in understanding the requirements of your skin so that you can give the needed care to your skin.


Keep yourself stress-free, your mind should be at ease to function properly. Stress interferes with the process of your skin growth. And if you are in cycle of stress and worries, there is a high chance of witnessing early ageing.

Smoking & drinking

  • I needed to start my regime years ago. I have shocking wrinkly, leathery looking skin on my face. No amount of moisturiser or anti wrinkle cream will make a difference now


  • A simple regime, plenty of water and Vitamin E cream and living a good life.

    • A good life means getting regular exercise, eating all foods in moderation, taking care of your total health and well being by engaging in activities you enjoy which alleviates stress and renews energy.


  • I use a Norwex body cloth and water to exfoliate my face and body. I also use a Norwex Make-Up Removal Cloth and water to wash my face. The great thing about the cloths is you just need water.
