Women secretly desire flawless complexion, a never ageing face that sustains facial beauty lifelong.

But ageing cannot be stopped, it shall happen. At most, what we can do is slow down the process and age gracefully.  You cannot escape from the natural growing old process but you can save yourself from the harsh outcomes. Few precautions in your early years will lead to a healthy and glowing skin lifelong.

We have listed a couple of rituals, habits that you should take up to keep your young facial beauty forever. These habits will ensure a graceful ageing process and will help you in sealing your youthful skin for a longer period.

Goodbye sugar

Don’t completely throw it away, just maintain a little distance.

Excess of sugar interferes with your body’s normal functions and that immediately reflects on your skin. A balanced diet and a proper skin care routine are what you need to strike sustenance for facial beauty.

Fried, ugh! No fried

Oil is good on the skin but not inside, eating healthy food boosts your skin mechanisms. Oily and spicy food often lead to stomach problems which eventually reflect on your face.

Green is glam

Green plate is a sign of glowing skin!

Everything green should be incorporated into your diet.

Green vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants which help in flushing out toxins and gives your skin a glow. Good blood circulation will keep your skin lively and will allow your skin to grow well naturally.

Make water your BFF

Water hydrates your skin!

You should keep a bottle of water with you always and should drink as much as you can.

  • Well hydrated skin
  • Cleanse body internally
  • Flushes Out Toxin
  • Easy Bowel Movement
  • Improved Digestion
  • Prevention of sudden sprains and cramps
  • Relieves from fatigue

Stay away from sun

Sun plays an important role in causing different skin ailments. Hence, it is always suggested to wear a sunblock or SPF-infused moisturiser that protects you from harmful sun rays. These sun rays, at a very critical level, affect the growth of your skin and hair because they are always in direct contact. Therefore, keep yourself covered properly and stay SPF protected from the sun rays.

Sweat it out

Eating right and taking care of it will be as effective when your body sweats properly. Exercising will help you in striking a good balance in a fast paced lifestyle.

Exercising is always good for your body. It keeps you active, fit, and allows proper secretion of hormones. This will eventually help in secretion of good and happy hormones and that will let your skin glow!

Cleanse – You need to cleanse your face twice a day, it will remove dead skin, oil and makeup residues. The step involves your makeup removal and exfoliation, ladies, never sleep with your makeup on. It will do a lot of harm, always take your makeup off, if you like putting it on you should make it a habit of taking it off.

Toning – Toning gives your skin a lift, it reduces your pore size and gets rid of your dead skin cells. It is necessary to remove your dead skin, which makes your skin dull and is a cause of your acne related issues.

Moisturise – While cleansing and toning, it eliminates the moisture and dead skin from your skin, the skin now needs nourishment and hence a good rich moisturiser is what is needed. Moisturising your skin regularly results in a healthy glow and supple and hydrated skin.

Weather & climate

The climate will change and it will affect your skin. In winters, summers or rainy days you need to put that extra effort in understanding the requirements of your skin so that you can give the needed care to your skin.

Stress

Keep yourself stress-free, your mind should be at ease to function properly. Stress interferes with the process of your skin growth. And if you are in cycle of stress and worries, there is a high chance of witnessing early ageing.

Smoking & drinking

Smoking and drinking habits will ultimately affect your growing process. It will show effects on your skin and that cannot be shadowed until these habits are given up.

These few points, when taken care of, result in healthy skin and you will be able to see the changes quickly. This will push you to stick a routine where you take care of your skin, to carry that everlasting youthful glow.

  • I needed to start my regime years ago. I have shocking wrinkly, leathery looking skin on my face. No amount of moisturiser or anti wrinkle cream will make a difference now

  • A simple regime, plenty of water and Vitamin E cream and living a good life.

    • A good life means getting regular exercise, eating all foods in moderation, taking care of your total health and well being by engaging in activities you enjoy which alleviates stress and renews energy.

  • I use a Norwex body cloth and water to exfoliate my face and body. I also use a Norwex Make-Up Removal Cloth and water to wash my face. The great thing about the cloths is you just need water.
