Hello!

Baby born in Deputy Principal’s office.

Bianca Cooper arrived to pick up her kids from school, what happened next was not in the plan! Staff helped deliver her new baby.

After having contractions that morning, she started having painful contractions at the school.

“I just delivered a baby!” said the lady who assisted.  (We assume the deputy principal?) “Something I will treasure, you don’t normally deliver a baby in the deputy principal’s office.”

Baby Asia arrived in less than 15mins.

What a story!

  • That is an experience that you do not get very often. Glad there were no problems with the birth.

  • How scarey to deliver a baby unexpectedly and out of hospital :/ Not only for the mum but for those who helped. Job well done I say

  • Why are such old stories still popping up. I keep rereading the same stories thinking they are new…

  • OMG, what a funny story for her to share with her newborn. I imagine it’s the lead story in the school newsletter.

  • I have heard it said that the more babies you have the quicker labour is.
Fortunately there was no complications. She certainly looks happy. Imagine contacting somebody to mind the older children while she went to the hospital to ensure she and the baby were perfectly OK I know one Mum who each labour took longer. In those days they didn’t send the Mum back home for a few hours.
