You may have seen the images already but Kerri-Anne Kennerley is in the most incredible shape at 62 years old, so much so that she has bared her body on the cover of Woman’s Day in a bikini! I am sure you will agree with me that she looks amazing, though just how did she do it?
Televisions Kerri-Anne Kennerley has never been one to shy away from a camera, and it appears that the older she gets, the better she looks. These photos are a testament to being able to get in shape at any point in your life is not out of the question AND there is no Photoshop involved!
- Know your body type and dress accordingly.
- Food will become less important to you if your mind is focused on something else – like a sport or dancing.
- No amount of exercise will help you lose weight if you consume more calories than you burn.
- Think healthy. The more you eat healthy the more you will come to love it and cravings will diminish.
- If you eat out, choose one of the healthier options.
I think I will most certainly be following her commandments from now on!
