  • I was checking almost every single egg my kids got.

  • Very concerning. Normally my kids end up with a fair bit of kinder chocolate. Not a single one this year. Far too risky

  • This is a huge recall; what a dissapointment right before Easter so many kids won’t understand why

  • This is terrible! Has definitely tainted a brand I once trusted.

  • It’s a shame. Because I love Kinder chocolate. Luckily I haven’t bought any for a while. But with Easter coming up I guess a lot of people were buying it. Hopefully they get the recall message.

  • It’s probably a bit late to be recalling christmas chocolates…

  • That’s concerning! My kids love kinder chocolate, I’m so relieved I didn’t yet purchase any for Easter.

  • Oh damn. I bought some better check the batches.

  • What a shame for everyone that had bought these and thought they were organised for Easter. I hope there aren’t many consumed already.

  • Heard about this on the news- very bad!

  • Thank you! My little ones ate a 3 pack of the Kinder blue bunnies before I heard about this. So thankful they are not in the recall. How on earth does chocolate get salmonella? It’s usually in egg or chicken products!

  • Is it just me but every time a product is recalled myself or my family have already eaten it lol.

    Reply

  • Oh no. I hope not too many have got their hands on these!
