A man who filmed himself sexually abusing his twin baby surrogate daughters says he knows he is stupid and sick.

The father pleaded guilty to 37 charges including trafficking children, producing pornography and 20 counts of sexual penetration of his own child, 9 NEWS reports.

His defence barrister said he knew what he did was wrong and told police in an interview he was glad he’d been caught.

“I’m not upset at getting caught, I’m upset that I’m stupid and sick,” the man told police.

“I love them so much and I don’t know why I did it,” the man told police.

“I love them so much and I’m never going to see them again.”

Police say the man brought his biological twin daughters to Australia with the intention of using them for sex.

The court previously heard the twins were four weeks old when their father’s eight-month campaign of sexual abuse began – after he had already spent years abusing his nieces from when they were aged four and six.

Following a raid on the man’s house, police recovered more than 26,000 child exploitation pictures and videos including images and footage of the man abusing his twin daughters and nieces.

“I have destroyed and ruined innocent lives,” the man said.

“I will never be able to forgive myself.”

The case continues.

I am at a loss for words. We don’t need people like this in any community. I hope all those children are cared for after what he’s done.

How could he not face his demons and get treatment? He knew he was doing wrong. Not satified with one child, there was at least four.
He should have no priviledges at all, no access to TV, computer or other entertainment, locked up in a Mental Health Facility in isolation, not be able to communicate and harrass others and have to work to earn his keep.
Those childrens’ lives have possibly ruined and may not ever completely recover. I know of a little girl who was molested by her Dad, and after several months of intense counselling still froze on the spot if she was any men nearby even if she knew them and her Mum and little school friends were there.

I dont understand “knowing” you are so sick and perverted but choosing to continue that behaivour every single day. I have said it before and i repeat it. Cases like this need the death penalty

I am sickened by this story and I hope he goes to jail and the rest of the prisoners know why he is there and see if he comes out in one piece or in a box the sick mongrel

No one will ever forgive you fir this kind of depravity. You are right, you are one sick puppy! Those babies were only 4 weeks old when you started abusing them…..OMG my mind boggles! You need to be locked up forever, castrated and banned from any contact with anyone under the age of 18. I feel so sick after reading this
