Is there anything more festive than matching Christmas pyjamas for the whole family? It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, and of course, take the cutest Christmas morning snaps.

Whether you wear them leading up to the big day (our vote for maximum wear time!), or pop them into a Christmas Eve box for the kids, matching family Christmas pyjamas are the ultimate in making sure the entire tribe gets its jingle on.

Shorties, onesies and even matchy jammies for the pets abound – the hardest part is choosing which ones to nab for the crew!

  • We had a “tradition” of buying matching pyjamas for our two boys but usually with themes eg Pokémon or Minecraft. Now that our older son is getting so big it’s getting harder to find matching pyjamas for the two of them. I know you can get Christmas themed matching pyjamas but I’d love them to be of characters they’re into.

  • I honestly had no idea that there were so many options for matching pjs. I now have a partner that would happily wear matching pjs on Christmas Day so this is something that I just migth look into for this coming Christmas which will be our first living together. Very exciting

  • Love family matching PJs

    Reply

  • It’s not something the rest of my family are into.

    Reply

  • Sorry, I have never been into this and the kids aren’t all that happy with it either.

  • I love having matching PJ’s with my kids and they are not even little any more as they are all teenagers.

    Reply

  • As much as they look really so cute its not for me as I intend to think its so lame and tacky sorry.

    Reply

  • Omg I was just thinking about doing this. The big w ones are so cute and are so much more affordable!

    Reply

  • I don’t do this however it’s a tradition in most households which is really cute.

  • I picked my matching Christmas outfits for our family off Temu. There was very limited stock though, I could only get one adult women dress and there was on 2 little girl dresses left of that style. Super cheap though and the material is really comfortable and true to style.

  • I liked the big W matchy matchy pj onesies, but unfortunately they aren’t real matchy! The patterns at the same but the colours aren’t. I loved the thought of son and dad matching onesies (much to my husband’s eye roll) but apparently he’ll only be on board if it’s a true match. The hu t continues!

  • Love this idea but my teenager thinks it’s ‘cringe’

  • Not sure my family would go for this, but I do think they look cute.

  • So much fun. Love all of these. But this Christmas we will just wear our matching sets from last Christmas, unless I find some that don’t cost too much. The cost of living is spoiling so many fun things to do and wear. I think these need to be available from mid year so its not such a chunk of money later in the year.

  • Never had this when I was a kid, nor when my kids were little, so I’ve never done it. My son and dil buy them for their family of 4 and enjoy the tradition

  • I buy my kids matching xmas pjs every year and take a photo of them with the Christmas tree, although my eldest is getting a bit over it now, she still humours me lol… It’s great to see how much they’ve grown in 12 months and I know I’ll always look back on these pictures when they’re all grown up.

    • This is a really cute idea. I have a lot of intentions to do stuff like this but it never comes to play. My daughter doesn’t really like her photo taken but I think it would be absolutely wonderful to have a beautiful photo under the Christmas tree in your matching pjs. I am going to try again this year and see how I go.

  • It’s a cute idea but not for me. I feel like it’s a waste of money as I wouldn’t like wearing them all the time.

  • I would love these, but I’m talking hulking teenage boys now.

    • Lol yes, it can be hard to warm growing teenagers and maybe husbands up for this idea. It’s hard to tempt them to do something they don’t want to do and rightly so. They should have a mind of their own by this age. But hey, if you like it, then you sure should pick one for yourself :)

  • We have always loved matching Christmas sleepwear and it such fun to buy and to wear and enjoy at Christmas time. We are big fans of anything with the wonderful Grinch and always keep any eye out for new Grinch sleepwear. We will be looking to buy new ones for this Christmas.

  • The family pj set of Temu might look good but be careful.
Temu’s low prices and sending purchased items directly to consumers allow it to bypass tariffs, saving it a ton of cash. More concerning is the issue of forced labor. Temu does not manufacture products itself, instead shipping them from factories in China to consumers.
It also says that Temu “is purposefully and intentionally loaded with tools to execute dangerous malware and spyware activities on user devices.” The app is so invasive that it’s even designed to harvest users’ personal photos and videos, cybersecurity experts warn.

    • Very well said. It’s the human and environmental cost that makes it a huge no for me. It might save us a few dollars, but is it worth it. Nope
