Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

Our fifth challenge is STATIC LUNGES.

We’ve teamed up with fitness guru Amanda Ferguson to bring you MoMs fitness challenge.

Remember our fitness challenge is for ALL levels of fitness, so if you’re advanced, a beginner, in-between or pregnant our daily challenge has something for you!

  • Lunges…..another difficult one for someone with arthritis. I can do a couple, but not too many repeats

  • Lunges would have to be one of my least favourite exercises but it’s good to work a big muscle group! Here’s to toned legs!!

  • yep i am loving that these are activities that we can do! also i have been practicing while i am waiting for the kids bath to fill (they copy me! lol) and also while waiting for food to cook. i am trying the push ups on the edge of my bench!
