Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

  • Unfortunately, my arthritis prevents me from doing these :( I’ve tried, but it hurts, so I can’t continue

  • I really dis-like squats but keep going as they are amazing for your bum.
