Hello and WELCOME to the MoM fitness challenge. We are giving YOU a 31 day exercise challenge for FREE, it’s on now but you can join us at anytime!

  • I did a few walking laps of our footy oval yesterday and did most of the weeks exercises to. Starting to feel ok, little sore on the muscles i haven’t used for a bit..
