A mother has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly trying to drive over her seven-year-old son, not once but TWICE!
The 39-year-old woman allegedly drove into Corrigans Beach Reserve at Batehaven where the boy was walking.
The young boy was walking in the reserve when his mother tried to hit him with her car, twice.
Witnesses helped the boy, who’s in Batemans Bay Hospital with a suspected fractured collarbone.
The mother has been refused bail and will face Bega Local Court on Tuesday on several charges including attempted murder and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
