The mother must not be in a good state of mind – maternal instincts haven’t kicked in with this woman.

I wonder what has happened next. You cant just give her her baby back as she is obviously mentally unstable to do this and needs some help and care to help her get back on her feet to be a good mother.

I don’t think you’d do this unless you were desperate.

I hope this woman gets the help that she needs and that bub is loved and cared for.

No matter how hard I try, I just cannot imagine ever abandoning a baby. There is so much help out there nowadays, it’s totally unecessary to just dump a child. Anything could have happened, there could have been paedophiles in the house, anything !

Horrendous. Why leave a child by a stranger’s house? Couldn’t she have asked the father of the girl for help? I’m glad they were able to locate the mother. Maybe she was having an emotional breakdown and she wasn’t thinking clearly. I’m glad the girl was found and that she is doing fine!

I dont think any woman of soundinds abandons her baby. Thankfully this woman left her baby at someones home and didnt abandon the child in a bin as some do. Hopefully she gets the support she needs and this baby girl grows up in a loving and nurturing environment.

  Did she even know there was anybody home? Some people leave a radio or TV one to give an impression there is somebody home.

I don’t know how a mum could do this. I hope she receives the help she needs. Poor bubba

I hope the baby girl ends up being adopted by parents who will love and care for her.
