If her case was good, Legal Aid would assist. She can always represent herself (although probably not terribly effective). $10,000 is just the beginning – and how will she fund her husbands costs if she loses?

why should others pay for your legal battle? there is such a thing as legal aid, although likely they would have laughed her out of the office as surely the courts will see this as a frivolous suit? The data is there to support a need for vaccination, no matter how many times I read about how it is sanitation and clean water that stopped these diseases, not the vaccines I cannot find irrefutable proof of this and as such, fully support this father who is taking an active stance on the health of his children.

Whether to or not is the parents problem. To involve others in it is wrong, From i can find out not many are helping her. I have a child who did not get all his whooping cough vacs, that was my decision after he had a violent reaction to it and ended up in hospital for a few days. He ended up with a modified version in his teens, not very pretty to live with. My other 5 children are up to date with theirs.
Both parents have rights but to err on the fathers as have seen deaths or disabilities from not having them. These were before some of these vacs came out.

So she doesn’t want her children vaccinated. Their Dad doesn’t want them to catch diseases, which in some cases can be permanently debilitating or fatal. They can also spread the disease to others if they catch it. The Mum has a very selfish attitude.

My first reaction was that I wouldn’t support an anti vaxxer. After looking at the links (thanks ladies), it rather looks like she should be in jail.

I think a go find me page should be set up for the father. There is a serious lack of support for full time single dads. My brother is one and he can’t do boo without having to get things signed by their mother who abandoned them and hasn’t even tried to make contact. Literally has nothing to do with the kids but every legal document is “mothers signature”. Stand up for the daddies! My second problem with this is the ignorance of this stupid woman and those that are supporting her. The only reason to not vaccinate is if your child for legitimate medical reasons can’t have it or if a bad batch is made and all children turn into zombies and start an apocalypse

Using your kids to rip people off? Wrong!

I went looking for this go fund me campaign to see how much money she had raised out of curiosity. I typed in her name and came up with 2 campaigns. I found the second one of much more interest. I’m posting a link to anyone who may be interested. It sure does paint a different picture.
