Nicolas Cage and his wife Riko Shibata have welcomed a baby girl!

The 58-year-old actor and his 27-year-old artist wife named their baby daughter August Francesca Coppola Cage, a rep for the couple confirmed to People.

“Nicolas and Riko are happy to announce the birth of their daughter,” their rep told People. “Mother and daughter are doing fine.”

August is Riko’s first child, while Nicolas has two sons, Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31, from previous relationships.

Nicolas confirmed he was expecting his third child in April, while he was promoting his film The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. “I’m gonna announce some big news for everyone,” he said on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “I am gonna have a little girl.”

Earlier this year he told Access Hollywood he was extremely excited to be welcoming a third child.

“My boys are all grown up, and I miss going to the toy store. I miss singing lullabies and rocking in the rocking chair. I’m looking forward to getting back to that.”

Riko is Nicolas’ fifth wife with the couple marrying in 2021. Nicolas has previously been married to Patricia Arquette (1995-2001), Lisa Marie Presley (2002-2004), Alice Kim (2004-2016), and Erica Koike (2019).
