Olivia Wilde and her partner Jason Sudeikis welcomed their first child Otis in April last year.

Since giving birth, Wilde has been open about the ups and downs of motherhood with the star penning an article for Shape magazine earlier this year in which she revealed she is the “softest” she’s ever been: “”The truth is, I’m a mother, and I look like one.”

And now the 31-year-old has shared a hilarious photo depicting another aspect of motherhood, posting:

I call this hairstyle, “keep the kid alive”. Products you’ll need: sweat, string cheese, diaper rash cream, chewed up crayon, snot, and an enthusiastic spritz of panic.

Since her son’s birth, Olivia hasn’t shared many photos of little Otis however the actress has posted these sweet snaps over the last few days:

“Hey, bra.”

“Hugging it out with my mini man. Feels so good”

  • Ha ha.. what a crack up! I love how down to earth and ‘real’ Olivia Wilde is. I too have had moments like that as I think all Mums have! My favourite Mummy moment is when my 2 year old son tells me “I love you Mummy”.
