A white Nissan Skyline left the road and hit a two-year-old and an eight-month-old child in a pram, as well as one of two women walking behind it on a footpath at Grand Boulevard, Craigieburn, about 9.50am on Monday, police confirmed in a statement.
It is believed the car then crashed into a nearby fence, 7 news reports.
Two children and one woman were taken to The Northern Hospital with minor injuries. The second woman was not injured.
