Stupid woman with another stupid idea!

Speaking of mums and dads – where have the real mum stories gone? I haven’t been on here for a while and they seem to have disappeared. How long have they been gone for? I submitted this as a question to be put in the Q and A section, but I don’t think it got published. I really enjoyed reading about the real life stories of other mums. It made the site more interconnected. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with its current state, just that I miss them and wonder how long they have been gone for?

i think that this is ridiculous and i won’t stop using mum or dad.

We are becoming over the top about not offending people… it offends me that they want to do away with the “traditional” titles of Father’s Day etc…. where do you draw the line?

I very much doubt if this will be the case. I know from several same sex couples that they’re proud to called both “mum” as a couple (glad to carry that title and glad to be a mum).
