Police have narrowed their search for William Tyrrell to a bushland area about 4 kilometres from where the three-year-old went missing.
Ten Eyewitness News has confirmed Police are focusing on the new search zone based on information discovered in the past three weeks.
“As a result of information uncovered during the course of the investigation, Strike Force Rosann detectives identified an area of bushland at Cedar Loggers Lane and Batar Creek Road, Batar Creek,” a police spokesperson said.
William, who went missing in September 2014, would have turned 7 years old this week.
