A PREGNANT woman is being treated for severe injuries after allegedly being drugged, tied up and raped in Sydney’s south west yesterday.
The Daily Telegraph reports that the partner of a 43-year-old Green Valley woman reportedly told emergency services she was drugged, tied up and raped on Sunday afternoon and may have suffered a miscarriage.
Emergency services were called to a home on Firth Avenue about 10.20pm following reports a woman had been assaulted.
Police and paramedics responded and the woman was transported to Liverpool Hospital under police escort for treatment.
Officers remained at the hospital overnight and a NSW Police spokesman said investigators are yet to formally speak with her.
