ACCC have issued a recall for Maxomorra AB Pyjama Set due to fire hazard concerns.

The product does not comply with the fire hazard labelling requirements of the mandatory standard.

Consumers are advised to stop using the products and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Product description
Long-sleeved and short-sleeved two-piece (top and bottom) pyjama set in knitted Jersey fabric in 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane (210 gsm).

What are the defects?
The product does not comply with the fire hazard labelling requirements of the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017′.

What are the hazards?
These garments may be a fire risk to the wearer.

What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the products and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
