Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 5 Brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Corn
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup Sweet potato
  • A tiny pinch of dried basil

Method

  1. Steam all ingredients until they are all cooked especially sweet potato. Put a little dried basil on top.
  2. Puree or mash with a fork. Serve :)

  • I dunno about this – it sounds good but it’s so easy to overcook brussells sprouts.

  • It would be interesting to see the babies reaction to the first taste, I personally am not a fan of brussel sprouts. Lucky there’s sweet to balance.


    • My husband detests brussel sprouts and won’t have them in the house.
