A lot of lovely flavours mixed into a healthy meal.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 2 cups mixed veg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 fresh big basil leaves
  • 2 slices of onion
  • pinch cracked pepper

Method

  1. Put veg in a bowl
  2. Chop up basil, onion and garlic and add to veg. Mix together
  3. put in steamer. Steam until cooked and serve.

Add Any herbs you love it will taste great
