A lot of lovely flavours mixed into a healthy meal.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 2 cups mixed veg
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 fresh big basil leaves
- 2 slices of onion
- pinch cracked pepper
Method
- Put veg in a bowl
- Chop up basil, onion and garlic and add to veg. Mix together
- put in steamer. Steam until cooked and serve.
Notes
Add Any herbs you love it will taste great
