A lovely tasting, thick mayonnaise. Mix up a big salad and pour this over. Also yum with fish and hot chips. Use anywhere you would have mayonnaise.

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1 tin Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Brown vinegar
  • 2 tsps Mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
  2. Add more vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt if desired

  • Very interesting using sweetened condensed milk, thanks.
