A very refreshing green iced tea with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla and freshness of lemon.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Green tea (to your liking)
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup Lemon Juice
  • Sprinkle Vanilla Sugar

Method

  1. Prepare your green tea (can also be white tea) and set aside to cool in the fridge.
  2. Pour lemon juice into ice cube tray (add some water if you don't have a lot of lemon juice) and set in the freezer. You want to make three or four ice cubes.
  3. In a tall glass mix the green tea with a dash of cinnamon and sprinkle of vanilla sugar. Add the lemon ice cubes and enjoy.

Notes

You can use any of your favourite teas and the lemon ice cubes add a lovely freshness as they melt.

  • I like the idea of adding vanilla sugar. Love green tea, but sometimes like it a little sweeter for a change.
