Notes

A great way to cook pork belly with only minimal cleaning and with the added bonus of not having to clean your oven

  • Does the cooking time, depend on the size of the pork belly?

  • the airfryer I’ve been toing and froing with for quite awhile now , have watched the demo’s on TVSN.. but you never quite know if they are for real…I was talking to a sales assistant in Harris Scarfes on Thursday and she said you can do so much more in it than frying. She has almost sold me now. This is the first time I’ve seen a recipe of sorts for one and it happens to be my very favourite meat so i’ll pin it for now thanks….
