Lovley as a side dish to a good bit of steak

  • Wish I’d known about this recipe when my late husband was still with me. He loved baked potatoes but now since there’s just my son and myself, I’ve don’t do much cooking.

  • Yum, yum, yum. I feel like I can almost taste these. A great new and different spud idea.

  • Always a favorite.

  • For something simple you can also do baked beans and cheese. Or, avo, salsa, sour cream and cheese.

  • I love stuffed potatoes but it’s even better when they’re sweet potatoes.

  • Delicious. I’d like to add diced capsicum, mushrooms and corn too.

  • Yummy!
I love cheese and bacon so will keep it at those ingredients.
Such a good dish to have with kids as the key ingredients are things they all love.

  • Similar to what I make and it’s awesome. I just add some coleslaw and a spoon of Greek yoghurt. Soooo goood

  • Yum. Perfect addition to dinner and some simple salad on the side.

  • Love a good spud especially when tasty as!
