  My groceries arrived on time and the delivery men were happy and friendly. I chose items to “test out ” the system and was impressed ! No broken eggs ! No squashed hot cross buns !! Meat cold ! Ice blocks frozen ! And fruit just as I would have picked them !!! I was really happy with all of the items that received . The kids were excited when the truck arrived and they have been talking about it all week !!! I loved that u could pay with eftpos on delivery. I was really impressed by the whole service and wondered why i didnt try this before especially when having a newborn and a toddler and the stresses associated with going shopping. It could have been easier !!!! I found it a little time consuming doing that initial order but I think using a computer and not a mobile phone would probably make it easier and also that u can bring up previous orders would b good too because majority of time we buy the same items each week. It would b good if there was express delivery available as well where u could get groceries delivered the next day if ordered before a certain time or even same day if ordered before a certain time even if there was a slightly higher delivery cost for this service i think it would b good to have this option too instead of waiting 2 days for delivery.

  I've ordered but haven't received my delivery yet

  Apologies for the late review – I found it difficult to choose a delivery time to suit my hectic life. Being home for two hours isn’t always a possibility for me – it would be great if they had shorter time periods to choose from. I’ve only just ordered, so I hope I remember to be home at that delivery time!!

  I found the process of ordering really simple. I was able to go straight to the products I normally buy and just tick from that list. It was very easy to see which items were on special as well. The other products I found very easily by looking through the categories.

  I think next time, I will still write a list and tick it off – at times I couldn’t remember what I had put in my basket and what I still needed (it’s much easier at the shops to just glance through the trolley). I think that I prefer wandering the aisles to find the shopping I need, and get inspirations for meals from what’s on special. But with a bit a practice, I could get used to this shopping method.

  Great time saver

  As a full time working mum with two very sport active sons I am flat chat so any reason to save time I am there. It was great to shop on line when everyone was in bed, and picking up on the way home from work wasn’t out of my way. Also it saved me money, even thought I usually shop with a list I pick things up on the way, shopping online stopped that. Thank you for the experience, I will be continuing this.

  Coles Online - for when you can't get out yourself.

  I have been using the Coles Online system for some time now, it makes it easier for a Mum with a young child to do the shopping, all without having to worry about interrupting nap-times, going out with sick/teething/unsettled babies, or forgetting to take your shopping list.
  There have only been a couple of items that I have been unable to purchase from Coles Online, but the majority of our shop has been covered. I love the “Your List” option, which saves all of your regular choices for you, so you don’t need to go searching for them. I also like the option to get a substitute for your item if they’re out of stock, and have received more expensive substitutes in the past. I also love how every now and again, you can receive free samples of products, without asking!
  I think that Coles Online is a great option for those with mobility issues, as the drivers come right up to your door, and will unpack for you in your own kitchen. Always friendly, with a smile on their faces, they are customer service at its best.

  It's a great way to save time!

  Coles online is a great way to save time if you’re short on time! It look me less then 20 mins to put through my weekly shop and I found 95% of what I needed very easily. I work part time so I loved that you can pick hourly slots for delivery too. The produce was great, very happy with the service and the delivery! The only improvement I could suggest is to offer shorter turnaround times, but otherwise great! I would recommend this service to every busy mum 🙂

  Wow... I should have tried Coles Online Shopping earlier.

  I was excited to receive the Coles voucher. My entire online shopping experience was smooth and easy. I was stoked to get all my regular weekly specials with the convenience of home delivery. The delivery guy went above and beyond to ensure my first experience at online home delivery was exceptional. Thanks Coles

  Very time saving

  I have been using online grocery shopping for a while now. I have used both woolworths and coles in the past. I Have always been happy with the products, meat and veggies/fruits are always fresh and its mainly the convenience that i love. I Also love that its easier to stick to a budget when you can see your total adding up on the screen in front of you. I have gone from spending around $450 PER WEEK for a family of 5 to spending around the same amount but PER FORTNIGHT using online shopping. I meal plan and get exactly what is needed, i stick to my list. No temptations of the chocolate aisle calling my name. I love it! The kids also get a buzz when the food truck pulls up

  Great for busy people!

  I have been a loyal Coles Online customer for over four years now, and in that time I have never been disappointed by their service. I have had the occasional experience of missing items, but the people at the customer service line are always friendly and quick to credit my account with the value of the missing items.

  I find that Coles Online saves me money, as I can easily avoid impulse purchases, can shop for the specials, and can see how much I’m spending as I shop, so I don’t go over budget. Best of all is being able to sort items according to unit price, so I know I really am getting the best value for my money.

  With the new website came the improvement of being able to purchase Multi Buys. Previously, not being able to purchase them had been the one downside to shopping with Coles Online, so I’m now an extremely happy customer. I’m also thrilled with the offer of free delivery on Wednesdays…saving me yet more money at the checkout.

  As a busy single mother of three, and a full-time uni student, the convenience of having everything delivered to the kitchen table is invaluable. The kids all look forward to the shopping man/lady coming and eagerly help me put things away. This is in direct contrast of the lack of enthusiasm they show about being dragged around the shopping centre. With Coles Online, everyone’s happy.

  Handy and fun!!

  I was very excited to try online Coles shopping, I love online shopping. I found it very easy to navigate, find products, look for specials and see the prices. I found it very user friendly. If you start to type a brand or a type of product, eg coconut cream, it came up easily and quickly and it was easy to select which item you want and the quantity too. Checkout was easy and I had no problems at all. The fruit and vegetables are interesting the way they charge you per item. I liked Coles Online shopping very much and can’t wait to go shopping again soon.

  Easy, convenient and great for busy families

  Being a first-time user of the Coles online shopping, it was quite a novelty ordering online and was easy to navigate. Our delivery was 15 minutes late and then a further 15 mins late as our driver went to the wrong house, but he was apologetic and very helpful bringing in and checking our order. I would definitely use the service again.

  The goods arrived well within the allocated time. Food goods were packed separately to non-food. The delivery person carried them inside for us. We were able to pay by card on arrival. You get the same benefits and rewards as you do in you go to the shop to buy your groceries. The fruit and vegetables were very fresh and of excellent quality

  happy but waiting for groceries to b delivered

  I found it easy to use although overwhelming and I could not think of what I needed to buy !!! It was a little time consuming the first time trying to find everything but it was a major advantage to b able to do your shopping at 2am !!!! I would have like to b able to get my groceries the next day but all time slots were taken for 2 days . I will post again when my groceries turn up on the state of them but overall pretty happy with coles online so far

  It's a time saver & convenient

  I love it & for $9 delivered to my door & placed on my table who could ask for more. Definitely saves me a good 2hrs of my time-shopping trip, loading & unloading car etc. I’m reluctant to buy certain cuts of meat & some fruit & veggies as I prefer to choose my own but mince, potatoes, carrots etc ok. Most fresh items do have a long use by date. Getting better with passing on the in-store multi buys eg 2 for $3 specials which aren’t always avail online.

  Not very impressed. Im going back to Woolworths

  I usually use Woolworths phone ap to order my groceries but was willing to give coles a go. I was disapointed with the results, sadly. Some of my products were missing and others were sunstituted when i didnt want or agree to substitutes. I will not be using this again, thats for sure.

  So convenient!

  Shopping online with Coles was great! It was so easy to find everything that I was after and I didn’t get distracted while ‘walking through the aisles’ so didn’t spend any extra that I would’ve normally picked up in store. The specials were easy to find too.
  Delivery timeframe was reasonable too meaning I didn’t have to wait at home all day for the delivery driver and he offered to help put the groceries inside for me instead of just asking me to ‘sign here’. I think I received more service online then with any of the checkout staff in store!
  Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend!

  It's just not for me :-(

  I can see how this would be a fantastic service for others but it just isn’t my ideal way of shopping. The groceries were delivered in the allocated time frame, however I had to settle with an inconvenient time for me as all the other times were exhausted. I received everything I had ordered and was happy that my regular grocery items were shown after inputting my flybuys number. However, I felt that it would’ve been quicker going to my local coles and doing my shopping and I would’ve had the benefit of choosing my own meat and fruit and veg. The quality of the produce was good overall besides a couple of squishy tomatoes. I like to look at labels and dates on products.
  The delivery lady was very friendly and she made an effort to unpack really quietly as I mentioned the kids were sleeping. The mobile EFTPOS was very convenient. I thought $11 delivery was quite steep too.
  Overall, this is a great service. It’s just not for me at this point in time. Thank you so much for the opportunity to try it though

  Fast, friendly, well above beyond my expectations.

  Wow why haven’t we done this before, this experience really changed my views about online grocery shopping. I have never tried it before as I like most people was skeptical about the outcome and what would end up at my doorstep as well as having to pay online. I found the website fairly easy to navigate by the end, at first I started browsing each category which was time consuming, then I just went for what I wanted. You really do need to go into it knowing exactly what you need to make the experience faster. One of the best things I found was that there was no impulse buying which I love, so if you are on a budget it works great. The other bonus to my online shopping experience was no kids annoying me with “Mum can I get this” and running up and down the aisles or wanting to push the trolley….absolute bliss. The checkout process was really easy. Once I finished ordering and got to the checkout I got another surprise, I didn’t need to pay online and I could pay at my front door on delivery, No worrying about secure connections. There are so many delivery time slots to choose from, catering for the working families and the stay at home. Think it’s freat I could have it delivered before I head off on the weekend for the family sports. You do need to place your order a couple of days before you want delivery to get a timeslot and you have time to change it if you forget something and think of it later. I was sent a confirmation email of my order details and then I just had to wait for delivery day. Delivery day came and my shopping was delivered within the timeslot I picked, the driver was very friendly, was able to have a joke with my husband which he thought was great. All my products were delivered, frozen stuff was still frozen, cold stuff still sold and we were even told to recycle our bags lol. All in all this was a very life changing experience for our family which we will definately continue to use and hopefully save some save money. I would recommend everyone tries this.   Impressive!

  I started shopping for groceries online when I was 8.5 months preggies with #2 & have always used Woolworths. I tried Coles before they upgraded their website but found it too confusing. But that has certainly changed. The website is really user friendly as well as the delivery guy – had my groceries taken all the way into the kitchen

  I have used coles online when I was without and also in school holidays when taking kids to the shops is just a fruitless headache. The website is easy to navigate. There are always heaps of specials and sometimes they even chuck in some freebies. Shop with a cuppa whilst the kids play or even sleep.

  Being a busy mum I have considered many times trying online shopping but was always cautious. I must say all my fears were put to rest, I had such positive first experience with Coles online I will be sure to use them again. Ordering was easy, the products I normally order were linked from my flybuys card, other items were easily searched for. I found the delivery time frame quite acceptable with a huge range of times and days to choose from to suit anyone purchasing. The lady who delivered our order was just lovely, very friendly and brought our order into the kitchen and explained the different packages. Overall a highly positive service that I would recommend to others, well done Coles!!!
