  • Kids love the taste

    My kids love Devondale Tasty All-Rounder cheese. It is mild enough for them, and I find it’s a great snack in between meals. I just cut it into small ‘soldiers’ and they love it! Perfect with crackers too.

    Everyone in our household taste tested Devondale All Rounder cheese. We eat a lot of cheese; cheese with crackers; cheese on toast; cheese in and on pasta and cheese on sandwiches. The verdict is: We Love Devondale All Rounder cheese! It is a soft and tasty cheese and packed full of goodness. It is more expensive that the usual cheese; however it is worth the extra cost. Will buy this cheese again.

    We use Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese for everything…sandwiches, grated on pasta or baked potatoes, in macaroni cheese and in cheese scones. It is great for all dishes and the whole family loves it. It has a lovely smooth flavor while still being tasty. A very versatile cheese.

    As promised devondale delivers again… a rich creamy and fulfilling promise of a full bodied cheese with less bite. The whole family repeatedly enjoyed cubes or slices or even melted cheese on toast and would always ask for more. Th was no funny after taste, no to rich tatse it was just the right amount of perfect and boy oh boy was it delicous

  • Don't wait for the children's leftovers!

    With most foods that I give my children I can be guaranteed to have leftover pieces from three of my little ones. So I usually wait until they have finished before getting myself a snack. Devondale Tasty All-Rounder is the first cheese which I have given my children and not had any of them leave a piece not eaten! It truly is delicious and enjoyable for the whole family from an excellent brand.

  • Really nice and smooth flavour.

    It was excellent when we needed it to melt and went perfect with Spaghetti Bolognese, went really well using it in a cheese sauce and had a very subtle taste and smooth flavour. My partner lover it and our son couldn’t get enough. All in all a very versatile cheese.

    smooth and creamy taste of devondale cheese was very appealing for everyone in my family especially kids, they loved it. it was good on it’s own, melted on toast or on their favourite pasta, the price wasn’t too bad either. i am definitely going to buy this cheese again as it became new favourite in the house

    Loved the taste. Smooth and mild for the kids but still tasty for more mature tast buds.

    Very tasty and well flavoured cheese and many variations of using it
    As well
    Kids couldn’t get enough of it and will defiantly be buying it again it future 🙂
    was quite chunky to slice through was the only negative thing made it hard to cut as it crumbled a little

    The taste of Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is mild and creamy. It is not over powering but, it still does deliver a subtle taste that is more that suitable for kids and adults.
    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is very versitile. I use it for slices, grating, cubes, sticks, just about in every conceivable way.
    The kids enjoy Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese and I often cut cubes of it for their lunch boxes.
    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese Is a great cheese, I just wish that the 1 kg blocks were available at all stores.

    My supermarket had Devondale butter & cheese on special one week, on our regular shopping day. I thought that I would give it a try. I have never bought anything other than Devondale cheese & butter since then on 🙂 <3

  • Can be used so many ways!

    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is loved and enjoyed by both my kids and my hubby.
    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is an all rounder cheese! It can be used for just about everything! I use it for grating, sandwich slices, cubes for lunch boxes or my favourite, melted on toast!
    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is velvety smooth, mild but with just enough flavour to give it a wonderful taste.
    I just wish they sold 1kg blocks in all supermarkets.

  • Love, love, love!!

    Being a plain label cheese person most of my life, I saw no point is spending a lot of money on brand name cheeses. Until my husband purchased Devondale Tasty. Thats all the corner store had late one night when we ran out while I was making cheese sauce for our cauliflower. It has such a wonderful taste that isnt overpowering and made the cheese sauce the best I had ever made. I didnt realise that cheese taste so good!

    If you want a cheese that does the lot, grates, melts, slices, cubed, etc than Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is will deliver all this. The taste isn’t to overpowering, fairly mild and subtle, no crumbling when we cut the cheese, and it does melt beautifully. The texture is smooth and creamy, I just wish they sold 1kg blocks at all the supermarkets.

    Devondale Tasty All-Rounder Cheese is a smooth tasting cheese that is not over powering at all. It is easy to use in a multiple of ways, making it a very versitile cheese. Unfortunately, where I shop, 500 gram blocks are the largest size, meaning that it unless Devondale is on special, it can get quite expensive as I use nearly a kilo of cheese a week. Other than the price, this cheese ticks all the boxes.

  • A cheese for all occasions

    I found Devondale tasty all-rounder cheese to be great for toasted sandwiches, it melts just perfectly. It’s nice to have with normal sandwiches as well either on its own or with other salads and meats. It hasnt got a harsh taste and its great re sealable packet keeps it nice and fresh in the fridge.

    After reading the reviews by Mom’s community members I decided to try Devondale All Rounder cheese. I love cheese with crackers; cheese in my cooking and toasted cheese sandwiches. I was able to easily locate this product at my local grocery store. It is more expensive than my usual cheese; however if it is a quality product it may be worth it. I will test if over the next few days.

  • Tasty All Rounder Cheese, lovely Devondale product

    I use this cheese all the time, I have 2 in my fridge at the moment, I use it on sandwiches, I grate a little in coleslaw and it adds a little extra tang, the kids love it, I also use it with toasties, grate it and use it in pasta bakes, on top of pasta bakes, my kids seem to like it as it is not really bitey and is a mild enough cheese that you can use on and in anything without any bitterness which some cheeses can have, I also find that when using is for cooking it does not go greasy, But at the end of the day, the kids love it, hubby loves it and I do not have to have heaps of different cheeses in the fridge to cover everyone’s tastes which is what was happening before I discovered this.

  • very flavoursum cheese.

    I didn’t take part in this review, however, have purchased this cheese. It was extremely tasty and very versatile. I enjoyed in all forms, whether having a salad, a sandwich, on pizza. It melted great and always had a strong flavour. When first changing cheese my 7 year old was not fond of the idea, however enjoys the cheese more then the original one we were getting.

    this is a great brand and i love what they make. i think that this cheese is great. we have had it on sandwiches. cut into sticks with carrot and melted in chicken and cheese toasties. my kids really liked this cheese and it has such a nice taste that i find that they don’t tend to waste this cheese. i tend to buy the things that are on special but this cheese is worth buying all the time. devondale is a great brand .

    Devondale is a great brand! Love the cheese, its lovely and smooth. My son always wants more cheese!     Devondale tasty all rounder cheese is very versatile. Good for grilling, melting, grating and using as cheese blocks. The taste is smooth, not to over powering but very nice. I buy this cheese however when it is on sale as I find the regular price too expensive compare to other brands, delivering the same product, with similar results.

  • We often have homemade pizza nights aka fakeaway night! And my pizza is always on a low carb Pizza base with roasted and sundried tomato and capsicum. My fav combo with grilled chicken and a swirl of peri peri mayonnaise! Making our own is always better than takeaway versions and healthier!

  • I have been buying Sandhurst Kalamata Olives, Sandhurst Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Sandhurst Baby Capers, Sandhurst Sicilian Green Olives for years as our kitchen staple adding that extra flavours to our dishes.   • I have been a purchaser of Sandhurst goods ever since they first appeared on supermarket shelves and still buy it to this day. The Sandhurst brand is the best without a doubt. This year I have not been able to find the Sandhurst cheese stuffed baby capsicums anywhere. I have tried to get on the Sandhurst site, but no luck with what they make. Help – these are such a wonderful addition to a salad.

  • I Love a good charcuterie board. I Love all the different options all on the one board. I love to do a chocolate board when we have guests over, it’s a fun way to do dessert after dinner. The kids love seeing everything layed out so they can pick and choose.

  • This is great for the grandchildren they love them as they use them as finger food and make up their own meal and use plenty of ingredients including meat and cheese on the dips and crackers. We keep it simple with the Sandhurst’s products as it is a meal in every jar and the kids love them.

  • Charcuterie boards are the absolute best! We do these so often in the warmer months because there’s something for the whole family. People pick and choose what they like and there’s no complaints because there’s so many different options to choose from, everyone is happy. It’s such a simple stressful way to make dinner.

  • I absolutely adore finger food and this style of feeding people when we have family and friends at our home; or when we go out for a picnic, bbq or get together. These types of food are so easy to source and to buy and to prepare and to happily eat.

    • Yes I agree, finger foods are easy and yummie ! And you can assemble a healthy enough plate (certainly when you add salads, cheeses, nuts, fruits, boiled eggs, olives and rustic breads) that it can certainly can replace a meal (either lunch or dinner). Everyone happy and no hours of preparation in the kitchen 🙂

      • Also; the other bonus is less mess to clean up when cutlery is not needed. Finger food is the best for laid back and relaxed get togethers. There is always such a clam and relaxed feel to a finger food meal without the need for any fancy and stuffy table settings.
