How to use the FESS® Sinu-Cleanse Gentle Cleansing Nasal & Sinus Wash kit …

Before using the FESS Sinu-Cleanse wash kit, boil 200 mL of water and allow it to cool until lukewarm. Do not use with boiling hot water.

1. Empty contents of one sachet into the FESS Sinu-Cleanse wash squeeze bottle.

2. Pour the previously boiled lukewarm water into the bottle to the line marked ‘FULL’.

3. Place the cap with the tube onto the bottle and screw on tightly. Place finger over opening of cap and shake the bottle gently until the powder dissolves.

4. Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril, ensuring the tip is pointed towards the back of your head.

5. Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action. Whenever the soft squeeze bottle needs to fill with air, remove it from the nose before you release your hand pressure. This prevents “suck back” and helps to keep the remaining solution clean.

6. Allow approximately half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril. A small amount of the solution may enter your throat. This is not harmful.

7. Using the remaining solution, repeat this process in your left nostril. If necessary, blow your nose when you have finished. Discard any remaining solution you do not intend using within the next 2 hours.

8. Wash bottle, cap and tube thoroughly after each use and allow it to drip-dry.

For best results use FESS Sinu-Cleanse wash once or twice daily or as directed by your doctor or specialist. This bottle is a mixing bottle for your convenience of use only. It is not a measuring device.

    The Fess sinus wash is awesome. Whenever I have a cold or hay fever it helps clear out my blocked sinuses and helps my feel like I’m better so much faster. Less coughing from runny noses which also means better sleeps. Nothing worse then a blocked nose. I would definitely recommend Fess sinus wash.

  • Great product that works!

    This product has been super beneficial for me. As a mother of two who suffers from hay fever FESS Sinu-Cleanse has been more than a relief in my case. As soon as I use it my nose and head feels clearer, which means I can think better, I feel better in general and I know it’s a product that I can rely on. In the last year I’ve picked up many colds and this product has helped me every time. Since everything in the face is connected it’s amazing how much of a difference it makes when your suffering from a really bad flu or cold. The pressure is instantly gone. For first timers it can be a funny sensation but you get used to it over time. Highly recommended!

    Fess sinu-Cleanse is great value for money.It is very effective.Just went through a bad cold ,followed by a sinus infection.Using that product really helps relieving the pressure and the pain , makes me feel better for a while.Don’t ignore the medication , but this product and the steaming definitely help.

  • Why didn’t I know about this before

    I have always thought to have had a pretty good immune system, but when I get sick I get really sick after receiving this product to trial I wanted to wait to use it when I really needed it. I had the worst cold and sinus headache and remembered I had this to trial after the first use I felt like the weight was lifted from my head and I could breathe again and also lay down without prepped propped up so high on pillows. I wish I knew about this product sooner but am oh so grateful I know now. lifesaver.

  • BREATH EASY

    Life saver for me. I was having a serious problem with recurring sinus infections. I was on antibiotics for two years straight before seeing an ENT doctor. I was told by my doctor to do a nasal cleanse at least once a day and use a nasal spray so I bought a battery operated nasal cleansing system and it was too much for me. I tried the FESS Sinu-Cleaner Gentle wash Kit and it works amazing for me. It is not too much pressure but I am able to clean my sinuses. I use it in the morning and at night along with nasal spray. I haven’t had any sinus issues since using this product. I highly recommend this nasal cleanser.

  • Breathing easy in 10 seconds

    My son has used netty pot type nose cleaners for a few years now so was keen to try the Fess Sinu-cleanse. He found it gave fairly instant relief, and a relief that lasted for a good period of time. The application process is also fairly clean and not as ‘wet’ as netty pots. Both he and I will use the product again for hayfever and sinus issues as needed.

  • Fess Up: It really works!

    As a mummy who suffers hay fever and sinus issues, I struggled to find solutions that would have a quick effect after the nose train started.
    Thankfully, Fess Sinu-Cleanse came to my doorstep and I have to say I was blown away (literally)!
    It’s such an easy to use product, and it works almost instantly which is a relief in in itself! My favourite part is how natural it is instead of relying on expensive medications that take so long to work, and of course how quick it is to bring much needed relief.

  • Natural, gentle and works immediately

    I’m loving fess Sinu-Cleanse kit. I suffer constant sinus infections as well as hay fever and asthma. Since I tried this product the result was immediate. I love that it’s natural and no chemicals and the kit is very easy to put together and use. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. I’ve used Fess baby for my kids when blocked up with colds and so I knew this product was high quality and would work. The relief is immediate for my sinus. It’s also great on windy days as with my asthma it can be triggered by pollen. Washing out my nose with Fess Sinu-cleanse means I can clear out my nose and avoid some pollen setting off an asthma attack. I recently had a serious sinus infection caused a lot of pain and needed antibiotics. Using Fess multiple times a day cleared it up quicker than ever before. The only slight downside is sometimes the liquid goes down your throat, but it’s nothing compared to having clear sinuses. And not having to rely on medications & knowing Fess is chemical free makes me feel a lot better about using it. Sinu-cleanse kit for me, combined with Fess babies spray means my family is set for winter colds and spring allergy seasons.

    I originally was a bit grossed out by this product but after having sinus that even medication wasn’t helping I decided to give the rinse another go and it gave me almost instant relief. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding and have sinus or hay fever this is an essential for your cupboard.

  • Takes a bit of getting used to but worth it

    I suffer from hayfever and dust allergies and my nose blocks up at night. It took me a while to get the hang of it and felt really weird but was a great relief.

    I was amazed by the product of how it rinsed everything out and unblocked me it really took me by surprise it arrived just in time as I got a really bad cold and it worked a treat no sore nose from blowing it all the time I just rinsed it a few times a day and it made a massive difference highly recommend if mucas blocked noses
