  • Best thing since fly spray!

    I keep mine near the front door, even though it has a screen on it, when opened and closed (or forgotten to close it) this nifty gadget just set and forget. It zaps the flies before they have a chance to come in. I can even leave the screen door open and it works a treat!

  • I admit to being surprised by this.

    I’ll be honest. I really wanted to be blown away by this, but I didn’t really expect to. I figured I’d buy it, and be annoyed that I wasted $30. But truly, my house backs onto a mangrove swamp, (yuck!), and the mosquitoes in summer are the WORST! They attack in swarms, and will literally drive you out of a room when they gang up on you. The poor baby cops it the worst. So I decided to give it a go, and I am so glad I did! For the last month, we have had minimal mosquitoes in the house! MAYBE four or five a day, which is REALLY saying something, when you consider that it wouldn’t have been unusual to have twenty or more in the space of an hour!

    I genuinely cannot recommend this product enough! It even smells nice!

  • Flys where are you?

    Unfortunately my house has limited fly screens, and in the QLD humidity I always try to have enough breeze to keep us cool. With that comes unwanted insects, flies being my major issue. After trying this product I’ve seen a massive decrease in the amount of flies coming inside. I’d spent a crazy amount of money on fly spray, and this works out to be much more effective.

  • brilliant product

    we bought one of these because we have a midgie issue (we live near mangroves)
    its kept above the back door so that if the kids leave it open we dont have to worry as much that the midgies will come in… its set at 9 minute intervals and works a treat… i havent had a midgie bite for weeks!

  • Great for families

    Just loved the Mortein Naturgard Auto Protect Indoor Eucalyptus Insect Control!! With my kids constantly leaving windows and doors open i have bugs in my house constantly. I would love to say i dont have this problem anymore which is so so good that im not chasing the flies around with my fly spray and making my house smell terrible

  • Insect free

    After reading and hearing rave reviews about Mortein Naturgaurd we decided to purchase it last week and hubby and I are very impressed .
    Having young children running in and out of back yard and leaving security door open, we always used to have insects flying into the house. Since using this Naturgaurd, we no longer face this problem and I no longer need to scream to close fly/security door close.
    We have had the odd fly come in but before long it either fits out or dies.
    I highly recommend this and am very impressed that it really does what it says.

  • Fly free

    Even with the kids running in and out, leaving the doors open I have noticed a dramatic decrease in flies in my house. The flu season hit early with high temperatures and I was leaving each day spraying the house and coming home and doing the same. Since setting up this indoor protection all I can say is thank you!

  • More User Friendly than other models.

    We have used previous editions of Mortein and other automatic pest control devices and this unit has by far been more user friendly. The options you can select depending on which insects you are wanting to target make it easy and more sense than 12 – 24 hour options. We have placed it in our main lounge as we often get rouge cockroaches that venture from our garage and we haven’t seen one since. Thanks for a great product that actually works.

  • Got rid of those peski flies

    I had a serious fly issue on my back decking and everything I tried didn’t work it was actually attracting them more and more. I tried using natural products for my animals sakes and someone ended up putting me onto this product which has worked wonders no more flies the animals and humans are very happy.

  • Flies auto gone

    I have to say I didn’t like the idea of this as it was automatically spraying Mortein around and I was concerned it would affect us, our pets as much as the flies. The dog and cat are not affected at all. Flies are gone (. see what happens in warmer weather) and it doesn’t affect us.

  • So simple why did I not try earlier!

    This is such a simple idea yet works amazingly. The tropical life is great but we get waves of insects after a rain or change of weather. These did not smell bad or cause coughing like most sprays. I hate having sprays and we can not use many as my son will be sneezing all night and their not good for the fish in the tank but this works a treat and the kids have been bite free for weeks. The smell actually helps my sons sneezing lessen which is great he gets to wake with a clear head.

  • Bye bye bugs

    Unfortunately I was not chosen to review this product, but I decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway to give it a go. We have a problem with ants and flies/mozzies in summer so was really looking for an all out solution to be rid of these pests for good. I am really a fan of this new system. It works very well. it is easy to use, smells ok and is fast working.

    I swear by this product. Living in a rural area, I find that Mortein naturgard is not only sprays automatically, but with no odour this is safe around kids, pets and everyone else. I recommend this to anyone

  • Effective Pest Control

    I found assembly of the unit very easy and it start working killing pests straight away. We mounted our unit at height on the wall and it was effective at killing flies, mosquitoes and even cockroaches although it did not seem to worry our spiders. Only issue is it was hard to notice when the aerosol needs replacing and the clip cover is a little flimsy. It also seems safe and doesn’t disturb our pets and children

  • Flies begone!

    Have used it and I find it works, however, it is a little expensive for me – but what the heck, I’d rather be fly free than eat a box of chocolates, I must admit I did not notice any perfume emanating from the dispenser, but just as long as it keeps away the flies, who cares

  • Great guard

    Moreton nature guard for indoor use is a great guard to protect the whole family especially little ones, the eucalyptus is a really great smell to mask the normal horrible smell these insect repellents normally have. The price is pretty good but like everything at the moment it is a bit deer but I guess safer than a citronella candle .

  • Very Pleased

    We were very happy with the Mortein Nuturgard Auto Protect Insect controller. We have small kids and they are constantly leaving doors open. In summer we get bombarded with flies, and I hate flies. The Insect controller is great at keeping their levels under control and leaves me a little less stressed. I love the fact I don’t have to be constantly spraying FLyspray around the kids.

    We do not have security screens at home so we normally have the doors open and get bugs but mainly flies. I notice when we have the Naturgard on we get minimal to no flies but when we don’t there are swarms of them hanging around. We don’t notice it when it is on as it is so quiet

  • I didn't like this product

    I was trying to find a product I could use indoors to help with insect protection. Unfortunately I did not like this one at all. I found the smell actually a bit too strong as we live in an apartment. I wouldn’t recommend it to others at this stage but I haven’t tried any others, perhaps I’ll like this one more when I have a point of reference to compare it to.

  • It works!

    I must admit, I was skeptical before trying this!
    After working up the courage to fork out over $30 for it, I was pleasantly surprised!
    My partner has a bad habit of leaving doors open, and we would be swarmed with flies, even more so when preparing food. I hated having flies inside, Especially with a newborn Bub.
    Since purchased the Mortein Naturgard Auto system, we haven’t seen one fly inside!!
    Well worth the money!

  • Easy and effective to use

    I struggle with mosquito bits and they zero in on the kids and I found that since using this indoors the bites have really decreased which is great. It doesn’t completely eliminate insects but goes along way to controlling the levels and it means I am also then free to do other things and not run around with spray cans and fly squatters.

  • Kept my house protected.

    I was always scared to use chemicals so before this product I used nothing.
    I noticed no mosquitos or flys while using this product. I have no fly screens or screen doors and because I’m pregnant I wouldn’t use any strong chemicals.
    This product definetly helps the insects stay put and made my house smell nice which is a bonus. It’s good that it isnt a gimic.

  • It is now an essential in our household

    I unfortunately do not have fly screens on my doors however love to have the door open for the sunshine and breeze to flow in! I was in the market for this exact product when a friend showed me this in a catalogue. I purchased it straight away and now LOVE it! It creates a barrier between the outdoors and us inside!   • Over priced yet effective

    I purchased the Mortein Naturgard as we get a lot of mozzies in our house. Although it got the job done, I felt that the canister had ran out quiet quickly and that the price to replace it was very expensive compared to just sing fly spray.

  • ASTHMA ALLERT

    The only problem I have found with this product is both my son and I have had breathing problems and asthma attack immediately after using this product. Use small amounts in a well ventilated area after use if you have asthma.

  • It does a great job

    We live in an area close to water and always have mosquitoes even during the day, this product helps keep them out of my home and prevent them from biting us overnight. Great for when you have little children who don’t understand not to scratch

  • The warmer weather tends to make alcohol go to my head faster – I’m not a big drinker, but just for that reason I’d seriously consider a low alcohol wine. The Pinot Grigio particularly sound as if I might enjoy it. I might well buy a bottle or two for Christmas.

  • Chapel Hill Wines do have quite a good reputation. I like the fact that it is low alcohol content. Personally, I like a very sweet wine but many would like these as they are not so sweet. I wish them well with sales and think it’s good they are doing something about lowering alcohol level.

  • I just asked the forum for recommendations on zero alcohol, but this is an attractive option as well! I do enjoy a Rose, so will try this one after all the positive reviews. It’s a shame they don’t have a sparkling in their collection yet! Would have been prefect for all the celebrating at this time of year.

  • I dislike rose, but the pinot grigio sounds like it might suit me. To be honest, the alcohol content doesn’t bother me all that much – I rarely drink more than a glass or two anyway – but it would probably be nice from a general health point of view to know I’m consuming less alcohol.

  • It was the first time for me hearing about the chapel hill brand. And i still recall when i picked up the Pinot Grigio from my local, the staff there actually stopped me and said i picked a winner! She said that it was probably the best Pinot they had available to sell.

  • I’ve heard a lot of good things about Chapel Hill wines and the reviews are always good. I like that they have low alcohol range as I like to have a few glasses when I finally get to have one. Not being too sweet is a bonus that suits me well.

  • The idea of having a lower alcohol content wine without compromising taste is really exciting. There’s nothing worse than feeling “under the weather” from the effects of alcohol. This lovely wine ticks all the boxes, lower alcohol and a refreshing flavour. I’m keen to get the Pinot Grigio in my cart and into my fridge!

  • This wine sounds delightful and really refreshing to enjoy on a summer afternoon. I love that it tastes fresh and crisp and still has the same punch as other wine. It sounds like an absolute delight. I will have to give it a try next time i am at the bottle shop looking for some wine.
