One sachet is enough to infuse 500g of chicken (or your choice of meat and veggies) to give you and your family a PERi-fect meal in 3 Easy Steps!

1. Simply add your choice of meat or veggies (or both!) to the cooking bag.

2. Sprinkle in the PERi-PERi spice. Fold the bag along the edge and give it a gentle shake.

3. Lay it flat on a baking tray, making sure that none of your meat is lying on top of each other, then pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. It’s as easy as that! After 30 minutes, remove from the oven, tear the bag and revel in the masterpiece which you’ve created.

  • Lemon & Herb

    I really love the lemon & herb bag & bake by Nando’s. My husband and I both enjoyed the chicken I cooked in it and we are excited to make it again, I actually have another one ready to go.

    I enjoyed the burgers we made so much that I am tempted to just do the same again, but this would also be really good with rice or salad. There are so many great options to use this product.

    I personally thought it was amazing in homemade rolls with lettuce, tomato and cheese.

    We will happily keep making this one. It is super easy, convenient, delicious and versatile.

  • Loving the flavours and spices

    I really enjoyed both the Lemon and herb and the medium variety of Nandos Bag and Bake
    Bursting flavours of herbs and spices. I love how fresh the chicken tasted. I like that I can use Nandos bag and bake with fish and other meats. The meat was really tender and was marinated beautiful, this will definitely be added to my regular Woolworths shop.

    It was surprisingly delicious. It will end up being a regular in our house. With fussy children and husband it was something that everyone loved. I enjoyed both flavours but preferred the lemon flavour. I liked how it made it into an easy dinner and something I know my family will eat

  • Medium Peri Peri

    The Nando’s Peri Peri Bag & Bake Medium was very tasty! It was spicy to the point that it made my lips quite tingly, but it tasted so good that I didn’t want to stop eating it. My husband loves spicy food so he was very happy to have the medium one.

    This is a convenient, quick and easy meal that is also versatile. It doesn’t make a mess of the tray or oven so it is really fast to tidy up once dinner is ready.

    I made burgers with our chicken but it would also be fantastic with rice or salad (or many other ways!)

    The instructions are simple, the meal is delicious and we were very happy.

  • Great flavour hack!

    I loved how easy and fast this was to use but must of all I loved how delicious it made chicken taste! I also used it on white fish for tacos and it was sublime, recommend highly!

  • Lemon & Herb

    Nando’s Peri Peri Lemon & Herb is so delicious!
    I put 500g chicken in the bag, added the spice sachet, gave it a little shake and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. The chicken came out perfectly cooked and tasted absolutely delicious.
    The best things about this meal are: easy, convenient, quick, full of flavour and versatile.
    I would happily serve this chicken again. If my fussy children had been willing to try it, I am sure they would have enjoyed it too. I didn’t push too hard though because I wanted the leftovers. Haha.
    I recommended this product and I will happily purchase again. 🙂

  • Surprisingly delicious!

    I was prepared for this to be disappointing. I really love Nando’s and wasn’t sure this would be any good in comparison.
    We tried the Medium spice because my husband loves spicy food and I am not very good at handling hot stuff. We didn’t bother trying to feed it to the kids because they hate even a little spice.
    The instructions are simple and easy to follow, the cooking process is simple and fuss free, and the finished product is delicious.
    We used chicken and used it to make burgers for dinner. Husband and I were both fans. I am keen to try the mild spice now!

  • Scrumptious quick and easy meal

    I absolutely loved the Nandos bag and bake. We used turkey breasts with the lemon and herb spice and beef sizzle steaks with the medium spice. I’ve always been a lemon n herb gal, so this was my favourite. I was amazed that in only 30 mins in the oven the steaks were juicy, succulent and so very flavoursome. Also so healthy and no mess. I will definitely be buying these regularly!

    As a family, we enjoyed this nandos product. My partner absolutely loves nandos and my son enjoyed the lemon and herb flavour. To make it, was super easy, which is helpful for a family with parents who work long hours. I would recommend this bag and bake product to friends and family. My partner will be purchasing these two flavours again for dinner.

  • Quick meal for busy mums!

    I was very excited when I got the Nando’s Peri-Peri bake and bag because we usually eat at Nando’s. Since we’re on lockdown, it was fun to cook at home. It’s very very easy to use, I just put the chicken in, shake, bake, then wait. I can do other stuff and just set an alarm when it’s time to be taken out from the oven. To be honest, the finish product is not what I expected to see because it became watery. The flavour is there but it almost got washed out with the juice that came out from the chicken so I had to scoop the juice and pour over the chicken. I would recommend it because it’s perfect for busy mums who need some time to do multi-task and the flavor is still good.

  • Bag it! Bake it! LOVED IT!!

    Nando’s Bag & Bake was winner in my house. I will definitaly be buying it again. So good having so much flavour packed into the chicken in such little time. Perfect mid-week meal that will be on the dinner table in next to no time. So delicious…well done Nandos.

  • Light up your mouth with flavour

    The nandos bag and bake was a hit! The kids had the lemon and herb extra mild and hubby had medium and I had both. Kids loved it. My son loving the fact that he could taste the lemon (he’s 6 and citrus mad) my husband loved the kick from the medium. It was super easy to used and packed with flavour! Just be careful when opening the packaging as I accidentally tore the bag (still cooked amazing chicken though).
    For something so simple and small the flavour was a wonderful change from other seasonings we’d used.

  • Makes other nando's product obsolete in theory.

    We usually use the Nandos spice rub/marrinades to coat baked chicken breasts, and find that we get more flavor this way. We used exactly as the instructions told us to, and the chicken had a really unappealing texture and colour. Will stick to using other Nando’s products instead.

  • Chicken was so tender!

    I received a packet of the Nando’s Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi Bag & Bake to try. It’s great that you can use the spice mix with any meat or vegetables. I chose to use the Lemon & Herb with some cut up chicken breast. It’s easy to throw the meat into the bag with the spice mix and shake it a little. You leave it all in the bag to bake. Clean up was so easy too – while some juices did leak out, it wasn’t baked onto the tray – all of that was contained in the bag. The Lemon & Herb flavour is not spicy at all and perfect for kids. The chicken was cooked beautifully – so tender and juicy!

  • Great for roast vegetables!

    I received a packet of the Medium Nando’s PERi-PERi to try. It’s great that you can use the spice mix with any meat or vegetables. I chose to use the Medium for some roast vegetables.

    It’s easy to throw in the cut up vegetables into the bag with the spice mix and shake it a little. You leave it all in the bag to bake. Clean up was so easy too – no mess at all from the vegetables.

    I found the Medium to be too spicy for the kids but was delicious for my husband and I.

  • Juicyyyy

    My husband, 2 year old and I love the Nando’s bag & bake! The bag kept all the moisture in the chicken to make it so tender, juicy and flavoursome. Even my 2 year old liked the medium flavour! Only suggestion would be is to please make more of a selection of flavours 🙂

  • Great sample to try

    The mild was a tad spicy still which I was not expecting for my kids. To be honest it didn’t shake the flavour in the bag that well either.
    Apart from the I loved the chicken and experience of a new meal we hadn’t had in a while.

  • So Juicy!

    I loved this product! The bags were so easy to use with simple instructions. The Chicken cooked perfectly and was delicious and juicy! Lemon and herb was my households favorite. I also enjoyed the medium but others In my family can’t handle any spice.

    Love that there is very little cleaning required afterwards. The price point is also very affordable.
    Will definately be recommending to others and it is already on my shopping list for next week!

    I have purchased this product after seeing it on the mouths of mums website. My husband likes meals like this so I thought I would give it a try. It’s very easy to make and it tastes delicious! Even the kids loved that and I have to say they are picky eaters. I’ll definitely buy it again in the future.

  • Bringing flavour to the table

    After trying both flavours the lemon and the herb and the medium , we would definitely buy both flavours again .
    This was so simple to make and with minimal mess I can’t recommend it enough .
    The chicken was soft juicy and both my children ate the lemon flavour . While the adults enjoyed the medium heat with homemade loaded fries .
    Looking forward to trying these bags again with vegetables and other meats .

  • Tasty and quick meal for busy families

    Delicious dinner that is quick and easy to make! Nando’s Peri-Peri Bag & Bake helps get dinner ready on the table after a long day at work for the family. Simply add some chicken pieces to the bag of spice and shake shake shake. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven and dinner is ready!

    We were given 2 flavors to try: Medium for those who love a spicy flavour and Mild Lemon & Herb. Both taste delicious but my personal favourite would be the Medium for a bit of kick!

    The amount of spice in each bag was quite generous and we were able to recreate Nando’s chicken at home using fresh ingredients. We only tried chicken so far but you can use any meat, fish, or veggies as well. The bag can be placed directly in the oven to bake so there’s minimal washing up to do!

  • Easy peasy lemon squeezy

    I was very happy with the simplicity of bag and bake and think the choic s in flavour/heat is so important, the extra mild suited our family just fine as the 2 year old taste buds are so different from the adults and teens but miss 14 was excited to cook the next meal confidently

  • Amazing tasty easy chicken

    I loved these nandos bag and bake products. They are so easy to use and the chicken came out perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. The whole family enjoyed the lemon and herb one, with the fussy 3 year old asking for more! My husband preferred the medium spice one as he thought it had more flavour. A big hit in this household, will definitely purchase again

  • Quick and easy.

    Such a quick and easy meal to prepare. My partner and two daughters absolutely loved the Lemon & Herb, I never heard any complaints and their plates were practically licked clean. I served it up with a potato bake and it was quite delicious. We’re planning on buying it again!

    It was a hit !! I tried the Nando’s Peri Peri Bag and bake in lemon and herb and medium the kids loved the lemon and herb and husband and myself enjoyed the medium. Such a great idea to be able to place chicken in the bag and shake on the slice mix. So convenient. Chicken came out moist and tasty. Loved them.

  • OMG this is so WORTH IT!

    Easy to use! Less the fuss & mess and very much delicious!
    It does not need anything else, it is that perfect!! We love how it taste and how juicy the chickens are!!! This is so convinient especially for mums like me who is always busy and has no time to dwell on so much preparation and washing… Definitely a must purchase product!
