One sachet is enough to infuse 500g of chicken (or your choice of meat and veggies) to give you and your family a PERi-fect meal in 3 Easy Steps!

1. Simply add your choice of meat or veggies (or both!) to the cooking bag.

2. Sprinkle in the PERi-PERi spice. Fold the bag along the edge and give it a gentle shake.

3. Lay it flat on a baking tray, making sure that none of your meat is lying on top of each other, then pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. It’s as easy as that! After 30 minutes, remove from the oven, tear the bag and revel in the masterpiece which you’ve created.

  • Lemon & Herb

    I really love the lemon & herb bag & bake by Nando’s. My husband and I both enjoyed the chicken I cooked in it and we are excited to make it again, I actually have another one ready to go.

    I enjoyed the burgers we made so much that I am tempted to just do the same again, but this would also be really good with rice or salad. There are so many great options to use this product.

    I personally thought it was amazing in homemade rolls with lettuce, tomato and cheese.

    We will happily keep making this one. It is super easy, convenient, delicious and versatile.

  • Loving the flavours and spices

    I really enjoyed both the Lemon and herb and the medium variety of Nandos Bag and Bake
    Bursting flavours of herbs and spices. I love how fresh the chicken tasted. I like that I can use Nandos bag and bake with fish and other meats. The meat was really tender and was marinated beautiful, this will definitely be added to my regular Woolworths shop.

    It was surprisingly delicious. It will end up being a regular in our house. With fussy children and husband it was something that everyone loved. I enjoyed both flavours but preferred the lemon flavour. I liked how it made it into an easy dinner and something I know my family will eat

  • Medium Peri Peri

    The Nando’s Peri Peri Bag & Bake Medium was very tasty! It was spicy to the point that it made my lips quite tingly, but it tasted so good that I didn’t want to stop eating it. My husband loves spicy food so he was very happy to have the medium one.

    This is a convenient, quick and easy meal that is also versatile. It doesn’t make a mess of the tray or oven so it is really fast to tidy up once dinner is ready.

    I made burgers with our chicken but it would also be fantastic with rice or salad (or many other ways!)

    The instructions are simple, the meal is delicious and we were very happy.

  • Great flavour hack!

    I loved how easy and fast this was to use but must of all I loved how delicious it made chicken taste! I also used it on white fish for tacos and it was sublime, recommend highly!

  • Lemon & Herb

    Nando’s Peri Peri Lemon & Herb is so delicious!
    I put 500g chicken in the bag, added the spice sachet, gave it a little shake and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. The chicken came out perfectly cooked and tasted absolutely delicious.
    The best things about this meal are: easy, convenient, quick, full of flavour and versatile.
    I would happily serve this chicken again. If my fussy children had been willing to try it, I am sure they would have enjoyed it too. I didn’t push too hard though because I wanted the leftovers. Haha.
    I recommended this product and I will happily purchase again. 🙂

  • Surprisingly delicious!

    I was prepared for this to be disappointing. I really love Nando’s and wasn’t sure this would be any good in comparison.
    We tried the Medium spice because my husband loves spicy food and I am not very good at handling hot stuff. We didn’t bother trying to feed it to the kids because they hate even a little spice.
    The instructions are simple and easy to follow, the cooking process is simple and fuss free, and the finished product is delicious.
    We used chicken and used it to make burgers for dinner. Husband and I were both fans. I am keen to try the mild spice now!

  • Scrumptious quick and easy meal

    I absolutely loved the Nandos bag and bake. We used turkey breasts with the lemon and herb spice and beef sizzle steaks with the medium spice. I’ve always been a lemon n herb gal, so this was my favourite. I was amazed that in only 30 mins in the oven the steaks were juicy, succulent and so very flavoursome. Also so healthy and no mess. I will definitely be buying these regularly!

  • Family dinner-time Favourite!

    Nando’s Peri Peri Bag and Bake is a new family favourite in our house and we will be buying it again very soon. We cooked both flavours; Mild and Lemon & Herb with chopped up chicken breast oh boy, the chicken was flavoursome and moist, literally mouthwatering. The Lemon & Herb was my favourite because it was a massive taste hit, so citrus-filled and delicious. The Mild was really bold and delicious but a bit too spicy for the little ones. I am blown away by how easy and convenient it was to make sure a fantastic 10/10 dinner. These will undoubtedly be a new staple in our house, making dinnertime fast and easy for all parents!

  • Absolutely delicious!!!

    I absolutely love the new Nando’s Bag & Bake range. It’s perfect for mid week dinners, just pick your protein and the flavours are already in the bag ready for cooking. It’s so easy and tasty. My family absolutely love this. I’ve already stocked up the pantry with these. Delicious!!

    I was most impressed with this product & will most certainly be purchasing it again. A quick, easy & super tasty way to prepare a family meal. I was surprised at how well it cooked the chicken without drying it out.

  • Medium was enjoyed by all

    Tonight we enjoyed the medium peri peri bag and bake. We served it on a wrap with jackfruit and salad with some cheese for our two year old. I love how all we need to do is put it in a bag and bake in the oven for half an hour. It comes out juicy with the right amount of flavour. I think I’ll be at the spice aisle more often now I’ve had a taste. I love that my whole family enjoys it. We live in a town without Nando’s so super happy I can now get my Nando’s fix. Yummy

  • Lemon and herb a big hit

    Last night as a family we enjoyed the Nando’s Peri Peri bag and bake lemon and herb. We served it with corn which we cooked on the BBQ and a salad. It was amazing the chicken was super tender with great flavour. My husband and I loved it and so did our two year old. I’ll be buying it again when I go to Woolworths.

    YUMMO… they were perfect.
    the flavouring was spot on that everyone wanted more which isn’t something that happens in our house when it comes to baked chicken.
    This is now a regular must get grocery list item.

    The kids gave the Lemon & Herb flavoured Nando’s Bag & Bake the tick of approval! The chicken turned out soft, juicy, tender and delicious! The BEST part is that it required minimal effort from me! It’s perfect for those weeknight meals where dinner feels a little overwhelming.

  • i love nandos

    been thinking why didn’t they manufacture this range earlier.
    we used the given bag to prep the chicken, is super easy and super quick and of course yummy. the only thing that i found is that, our chicken is super moist compare to the ones we had in store which got the charcoal burnt flavours, is different. but then this at home cook kit pack is super clean, i don’t have to go and grill it, but i guess is up to you.

  • Quick and easy dinner

    As a family we enjoyed the Nando’s Peri-Peri flavours. It was quick and easy to prepare and no fuss baking. A great meal to serve with veggies or chips and a salad. The medium flavour was too spicy for the kids but great for us adults.
    The only negative is that some of the seasoning was coming out of the bag as we were coating the chicken. Next time I’d coat the chicken first then put it in the bag.

  • Easy and tasty - just like the restaurant!

    Thought this might be fiddly and I was WRONG, super easy to handle and make. Thought this might taste a bit average and I was WRONG, this couldn’t be much tastier. I was particularly surprised that it tasted pretty much exactly the same as if I’d bought it from the restaurant. Normally it’s a major battle to get all four of the family to eat the same thing and we end up repeating meals a lot. Was great to discover something that we can make that satisfies the spice lovers as well as the ones with blander palates.

    Our whole family really enjoyed the nandos peri peri bag and bake. It was really tasty, the chicken was moist and full of flavour. I would definitely buy again

  • Way to much spice.

    The flavour was the downfall! I loved how easy it was and consistency of the cooked meat! Seeing as the Extra Mild Lemon & Herb had much more of a kick than actually dining in at Nandos, the medium flavour was not a winner in this house. It was unfortunately just a bit too much for us to handle. Having said that i dont really have a high tolerance to anything with heat. Definately would be adventurous again.

    it was so spicey and delicious we used half the chicken breasts for medium flavour then the other half with the lemon &herd flavour even my kids enjoyed it thanks

  • Fantastic for dinner!

    I tried both the lemon & herb and medium Nando’s Peri-Peri bag & bake, they were wonderful. It was a breeze creating dinner with these, so easy I simply put 4 chicken breasts into the bags provided, added the spice mix and folded then gave it a gentle shake to spread the spice coating the chicken and I placed it on an oven tray. In just 30 minutes I had a meal that the family loved, it was delicious, full of flavour and a great accompaniment to a salad or even vegetables. They are products I look forward to purchasing and having in the pantry, I would happily recommend to others, brilliant – reduces cooking time in the kitchen which means more time for family and fun!

  • Nandos heaven at home

    I got to try out the Nandos bag and bake and YUM!!! Nandos is a treat meal with hubby and I (which doesn’t happen so much anymore after having the kids) so when this product test popped up I was keen to try. The packaging was eye catching and fun just like the Nandos brand. The instructions were easy to follow and there was a generous amount of seasoning. The chicken coated really well and when it came out of the oven it smelt just like I was sitting in the Nandos restaurant. I cooked up both flavours as my kids wouldn’t be able to have the medium but I had some of each and it was so tasty. If your a Nandos fan or someone that hasn’t tried it yet (if that’s possible) you should definitely give these a try. The only thing missing was my favourite Nandos chips. I plan on getting this again to cook up for my work week with wraps or salad.

  • Flavourful!

    The bag and bake were quite nice to add to any flavourless chicken and make the flavour pop even more! The bags and bake was not too difficult to make and use, and it went straight into the oven. The flavour was nice and suited for those who love and doesn’t like too much spicy stuff. Would recommend to others that like that pop of flavour to chicken!

    As the kids get older, I feel like the day gets shorter. Driving them to their extra-curricular activities after school means less time to prep dinner so the Nando’s Bag & Bake were a definite life-saver this week!

    I used 3x breasts (approx 500g) and there was literally zero prep! Coat in spices, into the oven for 30 mins and my family of 4 had a delicious, wholesome meal after an exhausting day. I’ll definitely be taking the stress off dinner with this handy little dinner hack!

  • Tender and flavoursome

    Instructions at the back of the pack made it so easy to use. Simply add chicken in the bag, mix it with seasoning provided and let it bake n the oven for the desired time. Chicken was well cooked and tender and the extra bit of sauce was used to pour on top of it. My family had it with veggies on the side. My son who doesn’t tolerate much spice, approved and enjoyed the Medium flavor Peri-Peri. I will definitely be keeping a bag or two in my pantry to have on a night where I don’t feel like spending much time in the kitchen cooking. Tummies full and satisfied,

  • Even the mild was spicy

    I loved how easy this was. Add chicken to a bag, shake the seasoning up and then just bake in the oven. No turning. No constant watching. Just trusting the proccess. Could not have been easier. The only downside for me is that the Lemon & Herb (extra mild) had a bit to much of a spicy taste for my son.

  • Succulent and full of flavour

    I was interested in trying the Nandos PERI-PERI Bag & Bake flavours in Medium and Lemon & Herb Extra Mild because I already use Nandos PERI-PERI sauces and also dine at Nandos.

    Each pack contains a parchment cooking bag and a 20g bag of PERI PERI spice. Preparation of the meal is so quick and simple – just place chicken pieces into a bag, shake in the spices, fold the open edge of the bag, give a bit of a shake to distribute the spices evenly and pop into the oven. Cooking time is about 30 minutes – just enough time to prepare an accompaniment to the chicken. I served our chicken with a spicy rice which was perfect for both flavours.

    When I opened the bag I wasn’t expecting the chicken to be as juicy and succulent and perfectly cooked as it was, especially as some of the juices had leaked out of the bag. The Medium has a nice spicy kick to it but I don’t think it is as hot as the Medium served in Nandos restaurants. Although the Lemon & Herb is Extra Mild it has a flavour all of its own. It is delightfully different to our normally spiced up dishes and I really enjoyed the fragrance and flavour of this dish. To be honest, I don’t have a favourite flavour because both are equally delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending the Nandos PERI-PERI Bag & Bake for ease of use in preparing a really flavoursome meal.
