  • A little bit of zing and style

    When ordinary won’t do but you don’t have the time or the energy to make something from scratch these little beauties are a must. They pack a lot of authentic flavour into each bite, are easy to heat, easy to eat and look great too. They have a little bit of a spicy punch and they are anything but your ordinary finger food. Great to have in the freezer for guests or just a tasty little treat.

    We were very pleasantly surprised with just how much authentic flavour were packed into these tasty bites. They are super easy to eat and if you want to impress your friends or family with some different finger food I would highly recommend these. They have a bit of a kick so I would warn anyone with basic tastes but they are sure to be a hit. The more you eat the more you want.

  • Great tasty little treat

    These were super tasty and the perfect size to have as a snack or to serve at a cocktail party. They are easily picked up and eaten off a tray with one hand. We were impressed with the amount of authentic flavour packed into these tasty little bites.

    Over the holidays I was lucky enough to review woolworths Thai style vegetable bites and I couldn’t recommend them more. A quick easy delicious snack to pass out at a party enjoyed by all. While the curry is a little spicy it’s not ovepowering perfect bite size snack.

    I recently purchased these from Woolworths as a quick grab option for our “easy dinner” night and was pleasantly surprised at how good they are! All our family members commented on how good they were and asked what they were and where I bought them from. I was a little reluctant to get them at first and to be honest, wasn’t expecting too much flavour from them. But I have to say, they tasted great and I’ve since bought a few more packets to have on hand in the freezer. Definitely would say give them a go ????????????

  • Hit with the family

    My family loved the Thai style vegetable bites and were eaten first at our family gathering with requests for more. Even my youngest son who doesn’t like veggies loved them. They were quick and easy to cook but some didn’t sit flat on the tray but still cooked through. These will be a regular in our freezer from now on

    These vegetable bites are quick and easy to cook, easy to eat without making any mess, easy to eat one handed and pack a great flavour punch. Definitely one to impress people at your dinner party.   • DELUICIOUSLY TASTY WITH A LITTLE ZING

    Woolies Thai Style Vegetable Bites are absolutely delicious. The pastry is nice and thin and crisps up beautifully when heated. There is plenty of filling which is very flavoursome with a bit of a zing. My family and friends loved them and I will definitely be serving them up again!

  • My New Favourite Finger Food!

    Wow! Thai Style Vegetable Bites are simply delicious! I could not believe how flavoursome they were. The pastry is thin and delicate and the filling is just divine, I could easily eat the whole packet myself! The green curry ones have coriander, which I love, it is so flavoursome, for a product that is bite-sized, it’s definitely full of flavour. We will definitely be buying these again!

  • THE TRUTH AND ONLY THE TRUTH.......

    As a MoMs review panel for these products, I am expected to be honest and tell it truthfully, so as with the other items in this range that I tried I will be just that. I found that these Thai Style Vegetable Bites to taste spicy curry….green and red tasted the same. I didn’t notice or taste any vegetables. I also found when I cooked them in the oven the pastry shell on half of them fell away and crumbled. I am sure (on a lighter note) that if your Adult guest are drinking and not driving they will find them ok, with a beer.

  • Thai style vegetable bites

    Love these they have so much flavour. The red curry have a good luck of the curry taste. They are easy to hold and quick to make. The kids likes them more so the green curry as it’s not as strong with the curry taste. These would be perfect as an appetizer or a started for a family/ friend get together. Wish there where more in the pack. Great for price and would deffinatly buy again.

  • Worth nibbling on

    Wow, I loved these. The pastry came out of the oven so crisp and flaky, the filling had just the right amount of bite for flavour, and I could actually see vegetables in the filling! My only issue was, there wasn’t enough in the box after 2 teenage boys helped themselves.

    these were very nice. Just the right size for a snack. Really tasty and hard to stop at just one. Highly recommended.. I had friends over for a card night and the bites were very popular and just what everyone wanted for supper. Size was just right. . I will use them again when friends call around as I know they also loved them

  • Quick and easy, great taste

    We found the 2 products we trialled to be great. They were quick and easy, with them being ready in under 20 minutes. I found that they were a hit with both hubby and miss 2 (who can be quite picky with what she eats.)

  • Way too spicy

    My kids were so excited to try these and they were really easy and simple to prepare and cook. We put them out for the kids and they all went for them at the same time and well one bite and the kids were trying to get them out of there mouths. So I tried one and yes they were both very hot and spicy. I would serve them at a party to adults with a warning but not suitable for my household full of non spicy eaters

  • Impressive entertainers

    These are the perfect bites for entertaining a crowd. So easy to prepare, and very tasty. We enjoyed these over Christmas and will buy again to have some o hand for when unexpected guests drop over. Our fussy family enjoyed both, they have a nice spicy kick to them!

    These Woolworths Thai style bites are so quick & easy to prepare from oven to table in 20 mins. All went down a treat adults preferred them more than the kids & everyone liked red curry more than the green curry. Will buy again great to have on standby in the freezer for unexpected guests.

    These really surprised me! I don’t go much on Indian food but they were delicious!! So easy to prepare and very quick to disappear. I would definitely purchase again and would recommend to anyone, even if they don’t like spicy food. They had enough flavour but were not overpowering

  • Good for a snack

    My husbands and two kids didnt like them but they are extremely fussy eaters. I did like them although one tasted a bit hot for me to handle. I do not like hot and spicy food so to someone else they may not have even been spicy. They were so quick and easy to cook. The house smelt so good while they were cooking.

    The bites are a good sized finger food, that do not drip. They are easy to prepare and serve. I personally would not purchase these again, as I did not enjoy them. I found the red curry bites extremely hot and could not eat an entire bite. The green curry bites I found had an over-powering taste of either lemon grass or kaffir lime, not allowing other flavours to come through.

  • Woolworths Thai Style Vegetable Bites great for entertaining and parties

    Each Woolworths Thai Style Vegetable Bites contains 12 bites in 2 flavours: red Thai curry and green Thai curry. There are 6 of them each. They can be cooked in the oven in about 10 mins which is very quick and easy.
    They are great tasting too. I find both the flavours with a little bit of kick although not too spicy at all. The vegetables tasted sweet and perfectly balance the heat of the curry. My 3 years old toddler also tried them and enjoyed them.
    We all liked the crispy pastry.
    Price is $5 per box for 12 bites and I personally think it is quite expensive.

  • Good way to get the kids to eat vegetables!!

    Every busy parent needs some of these in their freezer! They look great, taste rather nice and what better way can you get vegetables into your kids?! Will be a regular in my weekly shop! Quite moreish and cooking time is so convenient!

    The Thai style bites were so quick and easy to make. To take from the freezer and have them on the table in 15 minutes was a big win in my book. These will become a quick favourite when having people over for dinner as appetisers. Super delicious and so convenient.
