Sagittarius Sun Child

Astrology Signs (6)

Sagittarius Sun Sign dates for 2023 (November 23rd – December 22nd)

As a curious parent, it’s important to know that the dates and times of each Sun Sign can vary slightly from year to year. If your child is born on, or close to these dates, a Birth Chart can accurately decipher their true Sun Sign. The time and location are also valuable details. For example: The Sun moves into Sagittarius close to 1:03am on November 23rd 2023, Sydney, Australia time. Birth Charts are coloured with vibrational influences and angles that add flavour to your Child’s Sun Sign expression.

It’s also interesting to note that each Sun Sign has its own Symbol, Element and Ruling Planet. They synergise and flow through your child’s character. Sagittarius is the 9th sign of the zodiac, so let’s begin by delving into the energies and personality traits of Sagittarius Sun Child, followed by helpful tips to guide, support and spark their joy. Is a SAGITTARIUS SUN CHILD giggling under your loving wing?

Sagittarius Sun Child Symbol: The Archer

In astrology, the symbols are representative of the energy and characteristics of each of the twelve signs, which mostly derive from Ancient Greece, Rome, and as far back as Babylonian times.

Your Sagittarius Sun Childs symbol is The Archer.

When it comes to gauging the astrological symbology of The Archer consider these fascinating qualities; The bow and arrow questing yonder the horizon, Aspiring to understand the big picture, The acquisition of wisdom, Aiming for adventure, freedom and faith.

Along with the Archer, The Centaur ties into the essence of Sagittarius adding another layer to the symbology. The mounted Archer, The Centaur rises above emotion to find meaning and faith in pursuit of truth, understanding and happiness.

As a learned teacher and healer armed with intelligence and belief, The Centaur forms a bridge between earthly experience and the limitless expanse of the heavens. Far sighted planners motivated by journeys with promise, you’re in luck when it comes to travel with your Pint Sized Sagittarian Seeker!

Have you noticed your Sagittarius Sun Child’s appetite for knowledge? Their enthusiasm for a variety of activities that keep them on the go? Their insatiable search for the next interesting thing with bow and arrow in hand?

As your little Archer grows, it will be fascinating to see if their sunny disposition aligns with their Symbol. Do they brush off obstacles and setbacks with a hop skip and a jump? If so, they’re tapping into the The Archers’ positive vibes, seeking out the biggest star in the sky.

Sagittarius Sun Child Element: Fire

Interestingly, Fire, Earth, Air and Water are known as the four elements in astrology. Each element belongs to three of the twelve zodiac signs.

The four elements relate to different aspects of the self and Fire relates to “our energy in motion.” It is expressed externally, comes with a sense of possibility and self motivation, and is the element for Sagittarius.

Sagittarius shares the element of Fire with Aries and Leo. The three signs possess individual qualities based around the element of Fire, and when grouped together have a common thread of compatibility within the zodiac.

Lively, active, exciting, explosive and full of colour, there’s always a hive of activity around children with strong Fire compatibility!

With your Sagittarius Sun Child on the scene, there will be a lot of amusement and clowning around. There might be some friendly competition as they love dynamic play, being part of a team, banter play offs and generally anything that spells FUN physically and intellectually. Have you noticed the element of Fire bounding through your Sagittarius Sun Child?

Sagittarius Sun Child Ruling Planet: Jupiter

Over time, each sign has been allocated a Ruling Planet. From an astrological perspective, the zodiac signs and planets in the Solar System were matched up, largely based on their thematic relationship to one another.

As you tune into the big cosmic energy of Jupiter vibrating through your Sagittarius Sun Child, consider its objective to; guide, enrich, expand, promote faith, and pose questions that open a gate toward an unlimited source of understanding and meaning.

Jupiter pushes the envelope for a connection to something greater than the self. It wants to create opportunities, awaken morality, be optimistic, believe in miracles, deliver potential opportunities for prosperity and good fortune, and inspire a “rise above” kind of spirituality.

When fostering your Sagittarius Sun Childs radiance, factor in the lively conglomeration of Fire, The Archer and Jupiter. A zesty mix of passionate broad opinions, greater wisdom, lively far reaching adventures, and the active pursuit of positively joyful good times.

Does your Sagittarius Sun Child like to roam freely with an uplifting spring in their step and a go-for-it zing? Do they ask you lots and lots of questions about a wide range of big picture subjects and be forthcoming with their views and beliefs? If so, they’re living true to the main game of their Sun Sign, as they aim to cover every aspect of their Ruling Planet Jupiter.

How To Spark Joy In Your Sagittarius Child

Enjoy taking in these Hot tips for the healthy expression of their life force.

  • See them light up as you plan an adventure together. They love to try new things and explore new places so all will be on the up with a trip to the mountains or a fun weekend away somewhere uncharted. Put a little map up on their bedroom wall and see their delight flagging where they’re going. Squeezing every drop of juice out of life is big for them so don’t be surprised if they have another trip in mind before you’re home from the first!
  • Bask in their brightest light by taking time out to be their student. Your baby archer will relish teaching you what they know and have learned. You could have a fabulous storyteller in your midst. They love to lift spirits too, so if you’re having a moment, they’ll be very keen to offer sage wisdom and brighten your day with uplifting sayings like “she’ll be apples”!
  • Channel their Fire with lots of activity, festivity, involvement and competition. Sports Carnivals, Trivia Parties, Dance Eisteddfods, Book Review, Bike Rides, and Libraries are perfect avenues to spark a flame and flex their physical and intellectual muscle. Shake off dreaded boredom with plenty of free play. They love a challenge, can be very courageous, relish being a part of a team and enjoy cheering loudly with enthusiasm!
  • Enlighten the outreaching nature of your Sagittarius Sun Child by surrounding them with a diverse circle of friends and exposure to different walks of life. Your little citizen of the world will find inspiration learning about different cultures and the way others live.
  • See them shine with a trip to the airport, observatory or coastline. The horizon and the skyscape will light them up from the inside out as confirmation of the endless beyond. Journey to viewing decks, bridges and towers where they can gain greater scope of their place in the world.
  • Be the instigator of luminous laughter with lots of crazy carry on and merriment. Making themselves and others laugh will tickle the funny bone of your Cutie Court Jester, and it sure is amusing when they get the giggles mid joke and fluff their own punchline. Their irreverence and optimism can sometimes make it tricky for them if times take an unexpected serious turn, but with twinkling eyes full of goodness they will be forgiven!
  • Fill their happiness cup with expeditions to anywhere they can explore, feel carefree and greet interesting people from near or far. Marketplaces, campuses of higher learning, church fetes, temples, country towns… Gatherings in a melting pot of cultures and diversity will see them on top of the world.
  • Ignite your Sagittarius Sun Child’s higher mind with plenty of open chatter. Big topics like faith,
and law could be on your little philosopher’s radar from an early age so be ready for questions
you may not be equipped to answer! Books, Google, Professors, Principles and Pastors might be very handy to have around. No matter what your personal beliefs are, your Sagittarius Sun Child will be interested in forming their own. They want to trust in life and will feel naturally compelled to search for its meaning.

Did you know that in Astrology, from the day you are born, your life force, energy and expression is largely determined by the Sun’s position in the Zodiac? The Sun represents life and illuminates the world around us. It is the largest star in the Solar System, and its energy vibrates and adorns you with the flavours and characteristics of the Sign you were born under.
Your Sun Sign, also known as your Star Sign, represents your core personality, and how you shine through life. It’s where you are at your most luminous. From an earthbound perspective, the Sun takes one year to complete a circuit of the Zodiac, and spends approximately four weeks in each of the twelve signs.

Sagittarius Sun Child Mum Inspiration

A few extra tricks up your sleeve as you look to the Sun for a Super Mum boost!

Challenge your Sagittarius Sun Child to address any bugbears by taking a drive or a walk together. If you notice they’ve lost their bounce, an invitation to chat on the go could work wonders. It’s handy to know that new opportunities and underestimation can spur them on, they don’t like to dwell, and turning over a new leaf is something they do best! Your Upbeat Archer has optimism in spades and you may hear “anyway” and “it’ll come good” a few times before they offer you advice! Just make sure you can keep up with their stride or they’ll be on their way and leave you for dust mid sentence!

Support your Sagittarius Sun Childs wanderlust nature. If they’re living true to their sign, they will have their sights set ahead in the pursuit of freedom and adventure. Take heart that a sense of belonging is really important to your Free  Spirit, even when they have one foot in the door and the other one out. Their connection to home, family and those in their inner circle is strong, it’s just that your Tiny Travel Guide will need plenty of space and breathing room to be at their most luminous.

Encourage lots of variety and fun to bring out the sunshine in your Smallfry Sagittarius. They burn bright from life’s many offerings, thrive in carefree relationships, and could well be up for president of the recreation committee given the chance. Enjoy taking in their Bon vivant vibes with one and all, and encourage your Pint Sized Partier to pace themselves otherwise they will bop till they drop!

Guide the innate faith and spirituality within your Sagittarius Sun Child with a strong base and good morals. From there, see them shine as they fluidly scout the world around them, dipping their toes into higher connection and the search for meaning. They may show interest in researching all manner of dogma and ideology to see what strikes a chord. Philanthropy is close to their heart and broadcasting their own truth and wisdom can provide them with a positive expression of their sun. Movement, changeability, versatility and fluidity are important, so even with your guidance don’t be surprised if they are believers in one thing, many things or nothing at all!

Approach your Sagittarius Sun Child with enthusiasm and optimism for what’s to come. Yay, let’s do the dishes haha! With the possibility of new experiences up for grabs they’re generally happy to go with the flow and are seldom shy when it comes to letting you know what suits them. They don’t beat around the bush and if nonchalantly probed, an interesting story could be on the cards to support their reasons of yay or nay! There’s no need to be concerned with lack of transparency when it comes to your Sagittarius Sun Child and they’ll appreciate the same from you!

Stimulate your little thrill seeker’s abundant energy with plenty of action and spontaneity to keep restlessness at bay. They have loads of stamina to burn, and at times, blind faith and throwing caution to the wind can be fun for them. Be sure to have a few self preservation tactics in the wings if for nothing else but to save your own nerves! Overstretching and can do crusades can sometimes exhaust their big engines. Something to caretake as you ride pillion on their eternal adventure.

Tackle boredom with stimulating, mixed and dynamic learning environments. This is a constructive way for your broad minded baby to soak everything up and sidestep stagnation. They can be complete sponges when the information they’re given offers a big picture perspective. As they enjoy sharing their opinions, laws and beliefs it’s important for them to remember to appreciate the differences others may bring to the table. With Sound backing in support of their zealous and persuasive delivery, the sky’s the limit for your A level Archer!

Inspire your Sagittarius Sun Child to savour special moments. With their eyes already on the next horizon, they can sometimes miss the view from the top! They like to go big and never look back, chanting the “grass is always greener” along the way. They are forever evolving so vision boards as a focus and manifestation tool could be a wonderful way to track and appreciate their greatness.
