She is the self-confessed ‘crap housewife’.

And Jessica Rowe continue to prove her strengths weren’t in the kitchen after she failed Denise Drysdale’s goulanoff (a cross between Goulash and Stroganoff) cooking lesson on Studio 10 on Wednesday afternoon.

The recipe demonstration started off in the right direction as Denise explained to the popular news reader how to fry onions without sizzling them to a crisp.

‘Yes you turn the heat down Jess,’ Denise told the beauty after she questioned the TV personality how to not burn onions.

‘Today is Tuesday… Tuesday is stir fry!!! #craphousewife,’ she captioned the shot.

Days earlier, she shared a picture of burnt sausages.

She wrote alongside the picture: ‘Today is Sunday… Sunday is sausages!! #burnt #biscuitsfordinner?#craphousewife.’

  • Hahaha. Good for you Jess for being able to laugh at yourself. We can’t all be good at everything, cooking isn’t easy to master, no matter how easy the cooking shows make it appear to be

  • I should have probably watched the whole segment on Studio 10. “Goulanoff” sounds interesting. I know what goulash taste like and I know what stroganoff taste like. Both very disctinctive taste – combining the two, I just can’t imagine what it would taste like. Hmmm.
