A Brisbane state school teacher has been suspended after being charged with child exploitation.
The 54-year-old male was caught in a sting by Queensland’s crime commission.
It’s alleged he used a computer to access pornographic material at his home, which was raided by the Crime and Corruption Commission on Monday night.
The commission alleges the man was using peer-to-peer computer software to access the material.
But it says there’s no evidence the man committed any offences against children he taught.
A Queensland Department of Education spokesman told AAP it “has taken action to suspend” the teacher but did not name the school where he is employed.
