Two teenagers have led police on a wild chase in Perth after stealing a Jaguar which has led to the luxury car being destroyed in a high-speed crash.
Officers pursued the car after the driver failed to pull over just after 7pm in the Perth suburb of Kwinana on Sunday night.
The police helicopter was used to trace the car through several suburbs providing officers with visuals of passengers leaving the car on South Terrace in Fremantle.
The driver and passenger were then seen swapping places as the passenger took to the wheel.

The Jaguar collided with another car during a slow speed collision at an intersection before attempting to accelerate away when officers arrived. The sudden acceleration led to the driver loosing control of the car and crashing into a tree. The Jaguar was destroyed in the process.
Police said the driver and passenger ran from the scene, but were located by the Canine Unit and air wing officers.
The 15-year-old Katanning boy and 17-year-old Girrawheen boy were charged with stealing a vehicle, reckless driving, failing to stop and driving without authority.
They are both due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court today to answer to the charges against them.
