The Kmart Toy That Could Save All Your Child's Sleeping Problems

Thanks to a new $25 toy on sale at Kmart, many parents are now getting their tots to sleep much easier.

Mother-of-two, Emma, said the affordable Baby Sleepy Glow Bear has been a ‘lifesaver’ at her house.

Although the bear was originally purchased for her newborn, her two-and-a-half year old has been loving it and has fallen asleep within 10 minutes every night with it in her bed.

‘My 2.5 year old has been a nightmare to put to bed lately! He was getting out of bed constantly, and coming up with every excuse to not stay in bed,’ she said.

‘I was having to sit with him until he fell asleep… that is until a week ago. My MIL (mother-in-law) got this for our newborn, but my 2.5 year old decided it was his.

Emma said that her son usually has a night light and white noise to help him nod off, until one day she decided to give this bear a try.

‘He was asleep within 10 minutes. I thought “maybe he was just super tired?”. Tried it again the next night, same thing,’ she said.

Other mums also shared how it had been working a treat for them too.

Maybe I shoulld look for it for my 5yr old with Down Syndrome, she settles very hard at the moment.

I would love to buy this for my 2 year old grandson, its a nightmare to get him to stay in bed, but anyone who has one or checked them out I need to know would he be able to access the batteries?

I haven’t seen this toy before. Vtech is such an amazing brand. I may need to investigate – although I do have 2 great sleepers.

I used to have another vtech toy that was similar. It was smaller though, played music, or nature noises and you could have the nightlight on or off. I actually found the nature noises soothing myself!

I’m going to buy one of these looks like the same principle as olly the owl. I held off buying olly the owl because it was $70!!! Atleast if this one doesn’t work it’s not as big as loss
