This touching image went viral when one mum shared the beautiful sketch explaining, “For someone who did not get the chance to meet his granddad, you just made the impossible.. Possible! Thanks Charlie. I can’t help stare at it and cry.”

It has attracted over 34,000 reactions and nearly 2000 comments. It is simply stunning!

The image is on the Facebook page Charlies Drawings. We believe it is a Melbourne based business. We have reached out to Charlie for comment but have not yet received a response.

Jodie Bulger also had a stunning image done of her dad who passed away before he got to meet her baby.

She wrote a review saying, “OMG I have the most overwhelming heartfelt tears right now no words even come close to how I feel seeing this image right now.

My dad passed away before he got to meet our little miracle baby and I truly believe that he gave us her to mend my broken heart after loosing him. After failed IVF and told we wouldn’t fall pregnant and then my world crashing down after loosing my dad. Then falling pregnant on his birthday, I know in my heart my dad was apart of giving us the most precious gift imaginable.

Charlies Drawings you have given me a moment I would have given anything to have shared with my dad.

Thank you so so much my words fail to convey what my heart is feeling right now.”

Amber Hannan shared, “Omg I’m shocked on how amazing this has turned out like…… my mum never got the opportunity to hold our son and our son never got to cuddle her but this sketch has made the impossible possible. I’m just in love with it thank you so very much.”

Rhani wrote, “Thank you Charlie for being so much joy and happy tears to my mum and I. After losing dad and having four beautiful grand daughters he never got to meet and they never had the joy of meeting their pop, it was just magical to receive this picture.

Tears of happiness overcome the sadness when I look at this amazing drawing! It’s a piece of art I now call ‘Impossible Dream’.”
