They were rushed to the Royal Children’s hospital.

UPDATE 5pm

The man arrested after three children were taken to hospital with injuries is now assisting police over the discovery of a body in Dallas last month.

The woman’s body was found by a jogger in the Dallas tennis club carpark in Hepburn St at 1.30pm on June 17.

It was wrapped in cloth and a distinctive headscarf was found nearby.

It is understood detectives are investigating whether the discovery of the woman’s body in Dallas is linked to the incident in Broadmeadows.

According to neighbours, the children’s mother had been missing for up to a month however Victoria Police would not comment on this claim.

    • I am none the wiser with more details… the man killed the mother and hurt the children? Who were the children staying with? She went to Dallas and died?

      • I don’t think they mean Dallas in USA. It was the Dallas Tennis Club Car park in Hepburn Street. The Police need to determine if there is a definite connection between the two cases. A head injury can still at some point become life theatening. There is no indication how serious the bone fractures are. Hopefully they all make a full recovery, Deepest sympathy to the boys and other relatives of the deceased Mother.
