Why did they seize the swing? Was it potentially a future hazard? Aren’t all swing sets a hazard?

This is so tragic and sad. A child should always be supervised on a swing… but that doesn’t help anyone now.

With some soil conditions, objects put on it tilt with either soil movement because of weather conditions or the way they are placed in/ on the ground. It is a tragedy. Hopefully those involved in any way will receive appropriate advice and counselling
