This is a super simple way to reuse an old tin or jar!

Material

  • clean paint tin or jar
  • coloured cardboard or plastic sheet
  • print out features
  • hot glue gun or double sided tape

Method

  1. Wrap the tin or jar with coloured cardboard or plastic and glue or tape together
  2. Print out eyes and mouth of choice and glue or taped to the tin

Notes

I made these up for my sons birthday party which I had on the table for the cutlery to sit in. They looked great and were so handy and now are used for storage.

  • Love this idea! Going to make these today with some old formula tins we’ve got lying around. I might add some rice into them and hot glue the lids down so they can double as instruments too!
