Name hunt game - Arts, Crafts and DIY

This name hunt game is very easy to create. My kids and my niece enjoyed it so much they asked to do it a few times. Use a different colour for each child, rewards can be given to the first person to finish their name.

Material

Coloured Paper
Laminate Paper

Method

Print out children's name on 2 pieces of colour paper using the same shape around each letter.
Laminate both pages.
Cut around the letters on one of the pages.

Notes

You could use this for lots of different occasions and just choose the theme as your shape. Lightening McQueen shape for a Birthday Party.

Simple but so effective! I think kids would really enjoy playing with this and learn at the same time which is a huge bonus!

Such a fun way to teach the kids the letters of their names. You could even have a treasure hunt for the letters to add some extra fun

Made this project with the kids yesterday. Its been the #1 game for the past 24 hours. Teaching my 3 yr old to spell her name has been lots of fun. Thank you for the great fun and idea.
