Blogger, Constance Hall, has made a surprise announcement which has the internet trolls showing their true colours.
Constance has announced that her and partner, Denim, are expecting a baby together, despite taking steps to ensure they were being safe. The new bub will make it child number seven between the couple.
Con shared, “The commune is welcoming another baby.
We have no idea how it slipped through.
We tried everything, on and off bouts of the pill (until it flared my colitis too much)
Withdrawal, Morning after pills
We actually have no idea how this baby slipped through.
But it did.
I think I’m about 8 weeks, haven’t been to a doctor or anything yet.
We are not ready for this and I am petrified, babies terrify me.
But are we happy? Pigs in shit.
Well…. I’m hormonal, I considered having an abortion this morning because Densy slept in.
However I love this mother fucker, with every inch of my bloated body, we are our kids biggest fans and we don’t see the harm in putting a new little soul right in the middle of it all.
Expect complaining.. a lot of complaining.
Baby number 7 is due sometime around June.. “
Lots of people have decided to show their true colours and air their disgust at Con.
Many were outraged that she could jest about an abortion just because Denim slept in, while others are angered that she can seriously expect people to believe that she doesn’t know how it happened.
Con shared some of the nasty comments received, “This is just a small snippet of what I have to live with in the public eye, taken from a “reputable” news page Perth Now.”
Constance clarified her comment about having an abortion saying in the comments on her announcement, “A lot of people are angry that I joked about abortion. Actually, I was dead set serious, I did consider an abortion this morning- I even called my sister and told her I was considering one. Yes I was hormonal and upset. And I use humour to lighten situations. I am pro choice, I always have been and I believe in normalising abortions, they shouldn’t be a dirty secret that we don’t discuss in public forums.
That said, I consider abortions and miscarriages/fertility issues two very separate topics. And I would never joke about the latter.
So I am sorry for offending those that were offended. It wasn’t intended to offend.”
I’m sorry, I don’t care how much you dislike someone, you can always just keep scrolling without leaving nasty comments.
Don’t you agree? We need to set better examples for our children in this nasty cyber world.
If we don’t stop the trolls we are going to see more and more heartbreaking stories like this family who shared how their young daughter had contemplated suicide after she had been bullied online. Read that story HERE.
Again, I repeat, we are all responsible for this. It is time to stand up and STOP the trolls and bullying!
