I really love chai, it is heaps different between brands though. I’d like to try a new and special one from Remedy and Spice, and Aussie blended too! The packets look great, but don’t judge a tea by it’s packet. :p

I like Chai spice. I find it relaxes my senses when I drink it and chai tea does just that for me.

Trying to change from coffee to a healthier option and chai is the drink I have come to like as of lately. Love how it contains so many health benefits while it being such a delicious frothy drink that curb my coffee cravings. This will in turn help reduce my caffeine intake and thus help.my breastfeesing baby to have better sleep.
