Congratulations Lucy Singer on being contributor of the month for April 2015!

HistoriCool Magazine was born about 15 years too late for Lucy, Founder and Editorial Director. Aged 10 and desperately seeking a resource to make history fun, she found… nothing. While at uni, she realised that a product to fill this hole still didn’t exist, and decided to do something about it, founding HistoriCool Magazine.

HistoriCool is a bi-monthly magazine that aims to engage and inspire 8-14 year-old Australian kids with stories from our past and makes history fun and approachable through entertaining articles, puzzles and games.

Through its Parent & Teacher Newsletter, HistoriCool also offers the parents and teachers of our readership tips for engaging with their kids in conversations about the past, present and future and information about the benefits of history education in raising self-confident and empathetic children in a future-centric world.
