Delivery Driver Walks in and Assaults Young Girl in Her Home

A delivery man has been charged after a girl was allegedly indecently assaulted at a home on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

Dinakar Tayi, 44, was arrested from Wetherill Park on Wednesday following reports a 13-year-old girl was indecently assaulted by a man not known to her.

Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad took the man to Fairfield police station where he was charged with intentionally sexually touching a child, and aggravated enter dwelling with intent, shares Daily Mail.

Police will allege in court that the man was delivering a package to a home on Sydney’s Upper North Shore when he indecently assaulted the girl on Tuesday 4 December 2018.

The man was refused bail and appeared at Fairfield Local Court on Wednesday where he was formally refused bail to appear before the same court on Thursday.

Police urge anybody with concerns about suspected child abuse or exploitation to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Oh my god, this is terrifying. I am wary of selling on Facebook market and Gumtree when my husband isn’t home but I didn’t think delivery drivers would be so daring

The poor girl l hope she is receiving help from a mental health professional . Don’t all delivery people have to have a police check if they don’t they should start doing it straight away . Your not even safe in your own house these days . These people who come from other countries which l think this person was should be jailed and sent straight back to there own country .No matter what he has given up his right to be here in Australia . l personally believe . They should do this with all people that have come to this country for a better life it would stop all this gang crap that is going on and this kind of terrible crimes

Many animals wouldn’t treat their or other young like that.
The guy is probably scared his workmates and other delivery guys will “teach him a lesson”.
It’s a pity the taxpayer has to support him while he’s in jail. He’s not worth it. When he is eventually released (I hope he never is) make him live in an almost deserted town.

This will happen more and more often – how can you teach children street wise – they have to be out there and experience it and parents don’t allow that these days.

This frightens me so much. I am worried whenever we have tradesmen here or things get delivered that something like this might happen. We sure have had a lot of aggressive delivery drivers here in the past few years.
